I couldn’t believe how easy it was. The information was very clear and helpful. For items that were of little use to me this was a great way to dispose of them and to get a generous reward.
I will definitely do it again.

I ordered the literature I needed to send my items
I found a suitable box and packaged my coins, stuck on the label and took to Post Office.
I was informed that my package was on its way and I would receive and email when it had been seen by the valuers.
I was given a price which I accepted
The money was soon in my account

Sent my items off & was sent an offer which I declined, on the return of my items a 18ct gold chain was missing from them, I reported this to Vintage cash cow on the 22nd July 2026, I was told it could take 28 working days for them to investigate this, I would imagine when the items are unpacked there will be cctv covering the area, after x 2 telephone calls I have still not heard from Vintage cash cow, it is not the 8th September 2026, I thought this was a reputable company, how wrong I was, I feel robbed by this company 😡 I would not recommend this company at all.

I was recommended to use vintage cash cow by a friend. I found the service easy to use and they were efficient and fast

Sent them about £80 of used phones and watches, hardly surprising they offered me £20. Probably cost them that to send and return the items. Not a serious buyer in my mind but I guess people just want rid of stuff for any price, so if you do send them some reasonable items and not junk, don't expect much in return.

As a first time user my experience was really awful.

I requested a FREE postage pack and filled a box with
miscellaneous items and sent it Monday 8th June. Email received the next day confirming receipt of my box.
After 48 hours of not being called with an offer, I queried this by phone and was told my offer wasn’t ready yet.
Update emails continued throughout June, at no time did anyone phone me!!

Early July I phoned again and was advised to follow your complaints procedure. Emails back and forth continued throughout July and during this time I was told that my parcel had been lost - still nobody phoned me!!

After almost 2 months of all the above I accepted an offer end of July – again by email not by phone. The entire process was extremely upsetting especially when there are so many adverts on TV promoting VCC as such a wonderful way to get cash for unwanted items.

I initially thought this whole transaction went really well and I was satisfied with the offer I was given. I also had a recommendation code from my sister which promised £20 for each of us once I sold my box. The amount I’d accepted was paid into my account yesterday but no mention of the £20. I subsequently Emailed CC and queried this. Their reply told me that it was included in their offer! I was shocked as that brought the price of my goods to £28 - an amount I’d have refused. A further Email informed me there’s no comeback! At no point was there any indication that the offer included the £20. I accepted their offer under a complete miscomprehension and feel I was totally misled.
I accept that a number of reviewers have been delighted with their offers but frankly I would not recommend this company at all. I would rather have passed my stuff on to a charity shop.

Since writing this require an hour ago I have been informed by the person who gave me the referral offer, that they also have been misled. They were under the impression, according to the ad that they would receive £20 into their bank account. Not so, it seems - they received an M n S voucher!

I sent a box of some jewellery plus 8 bags 6 of which were leather I got an offer for £15 I thought it was for particular item considering there were 2 designer ones never used what a cheek returned I put on vinted and 3 sold and I got £45 so far what a take on try somewhere else

I obviously looked up a 'ball park value' for some of the items the offer made by them was an absolute insult!

I sent lots of different items and checked on the potential value of them prior to sending. I was bombarded with emails from the moment I requested the label which was extremely annoying. After they received my items I was sent a message with an extremely derisory offer which I refused. The return of my items was slow and when the box arrived everything was packed randomly, chains were tangled and even a watch strap removed.
