Fast shipping,product just as described,will purchase again

Matt is great to work with. He creates a very personal experience that you just don't get anywhere else. My first time finding VintageHiFiNut I bought a MoFi table from Matt and love the table, huge upgrade from what I had at the time. I just recently bought a pair of Fyne Audio F501SP. Since I'm local I was able to go over and listen. I was on the fence between F702 and F501SP. Listening to both across LP, Streaming, CD, etc. allowed me to make a really informed decision. In the end I wouldn't have made a bad choice either way but I feel I made the best choice for my needs and space after thoroughly listening to both models.

I highly recommend Matt and his business for any audiophile needs, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Great experience

I always feel like I'm in the loop, and if I have any questions he is quick and thorough in his response.

Recently I had a shipping delay because of the weather, and he handled it beautifully. The delay had drawn on long enough that I was getting worried that the item had been lost or destroyed. Knowing typical shipping practices, I was dreading the prospect of having to make a claim, and I was genuinely worried that my purchase was going to be a sunk cost and I'd be out money. Not the case. Matt was very reassuring. He listed my options and essentially gave me real-time updates. To top it all off, the item arrived in just a few more days, unharmed!

The purchase I made from HI-FI is: Cardas Clear Tonearm Rewire Kit - Rhodium Clips - 23" long tonearm wire. These wires made my turntable like a new table. It is worth the small cost to get such a great upgrade.... ;^ )

Just made my first order and Matt outright surprised me with over the top customer service. All I ordered was a few feet of tonearm wire, and he offered to include shrink wrap and solder, and responded immediately. This is nowadays almost unheard of!
