Received my order today came on and got a text to confirm 15 mins away, packaging was to high standard fitting the set together was really easy I managed on my own! Delivery guys was polite also really happy with my table thanks again

I have been delivered a coffee table which was not the colour I wanted and plus the stone of the table was absolutely poor quality really disappointed with the service. I call them, but no answer messaged him back to return item and request my money back and they stop messaging me back and not recommending it to anyone charge me £300 for coffee table

They respond extremely quickly to correspondence, even late at night and kept me informed with good communication, VERY polite, happy delivery guys, great product at great price. The wood panels are fantastic and so easy to work with. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Keep up the good work guys

Placed an order on the 22nd February for a 3 + 2 sofa. Was informed it will be delivered ASAP. While I was deciding on the delivery date, they called me 5/7 times a day on WhatsApp constantly, I finally confirmed my order and they said they will be delivery the next day.
Then the management messages and said that they can’t deliver as it’s not in stock but promised I’ll get it on the 5th of March and I explained that the 7th was my deadline. I let it go as everyone makes mistakes.
They said I’ll get my order delivered on the 5th of March, the night before they have not confirmed nor contacted so I had to chase them up for them to tell me that the stock has not arrived and promised I’d get it on the 7th despite knowing that was my deadline. Not having enough time to find another sofa company within two days I said okay and implemented the importance of getting the order for the 7th and was promised.
Come the morning of the 7th, they turn up with just ONE 2 seater. Apologising that they forgot to load it into the van. Now by this time I’ve been waiting more then 2 weeks and have never seen a more unreliable company. They said they will definitely deliver the next day. I asked them to please assemble the 2 seater at least and they was also not able to do that.
Spoke to the management who didn’t even apologise until I stated that a decent business would at least apologise. The stress that I was put through was extremely unnecessary and ridiculous.
No professionalism, no manners and no care for customers.
I will says that the delivery driver was lovely and he did apologise for the situation and was rather embarrassed but the manager needs some training in customer service and not ask me if sacking a employee would make me happy rather then coming up with a liable solution to the problem.
When asked manager if there’s any compensation due to the stress and delayed caused, he said ‘we can cancel the order all together and take the 2 seater back aswell.’
That should say all about the levels of manners and professionalism :)

Order at your own risk but definitely would not recommend them especially with the lack is compassion that was shown, I think businesses forget that they are nothing without their customers.

Brilliant service from beginning to end. Very fast and efficient customer services over the phone. Quickly found what I've was looking for. Delivery on time. The delivery boys didn't waste anytime setting up, were very polite and careful around my kids. Assembled everything efficiently. I'll be buying from them again!
