From the moment you experience the lack of pressure and the welcoming feel of the building, buying quality furniture at a fraction of Barkers, Pratts etc….this is the destination. Young George was not only helpful but a gentleman in training! Proper English company!!

The positives are that the footstool we ordered was well priced and faithful to the size and colour so fits perfectly into our living room space.
I must however mention that we experienced a delay to the delivery which was not communicated well initially so led to a period of frustration.
Overall a good business to buy from- without the delivery issue this would have been a 4/5 star review.

This place is amazing, the quality and prices and variety of what is on offer is wonderful What a wonderful experience..a lovely day out..Eliza really took care of us..no pressure she was around if we needed anything, she even made me two cups of tea,☕☕ and two chocolate cakes.. she was so helpful.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.my granddaughter bought a beautiful unusual table lamp, and is returning with her husband to see a beautiful leather corner suite, which caught her eye at a remarkable price.. what an amazing experience visiting this beautiful place.. something everyone should experience.. love it..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had to wait slightly longer than expected for my sofa - 16 weeks instead of 10-12 weeks expected. However the sofas look spectacular-amazing colour and they look superb in my living room. It will take me a bit longer to get them as squashy as I’d like - but generally pretty comfortable. Delivery drivers really helpful and kind.

We travelled from Somerset to the showroom and were not disappointed. Lovely welcome with Tea and cake. Customer service from Becca was fantastic. She was very patient as we knew exactly the colour we were after and she managed to find the perfect fabric in a needle cord which we ordered bespoke. There was a 14week wait to which I also requested a delay on delivery which was accommodated as we were having some work done to the lounge. The sofa's were delivered a few weeks ago by a lovely pair of chaps and are absolutely fabulous 👌
Would definitely recommend a visit.

Superb sofas delivered in good time.
I think I really lucked out finding this company on line. We were looking for a two new leather sofas and came across the Charles in Leather design on the website.
It looked great and was priced incredibly competitively so we went for two of the 4 seaters in Cuban tan leather.
We live on the Isle of Wight and a visit to the show room was just too far so we took a leap of faith and ordered.
The delivery took about 3 weeks and went smoothly with 2 professional guys who assembled the sofas and took the packaging.
The sofas look fantastic and are very comfortable and we are over the moon with the quality for the price paid.
I would recommend these guys to everybody and will probably be shopping with them again.

The team were really helpful when buying my sofa, I didn't live nearby and being able to FaceTime and see the sofas in the showroom was a wonderful idea. The sofa I now have is amazing, I love the colour, the fabric and the style and it is definitely a great purchase. I will say however the process was very long and I ended up waiting 6 months instead of the 10-12 weeks promised. I totally understand that things change and I didn't mind the wait as such but I had to chase the team on numerous occasions to find out what the situation was and that got very frustrating as the updates were not forthcoming. I am very happy with the sofa but the experience could have been a little better.

Ordered a three seater bespoke sofa and love seat in the Hepworth range and we are absolutely delighted they are beautifully made and very comfortable I can’t recommend vintage sofas enough, Ella helped us with everything she was totally amazing.

I have been waiting patiently for my 2 bugsby zebra gold sofas to arrive since placing the order on 1st April 2026. It is now 8th July. When you are told delivery will be 10-12 weeks you do not expect to receive an email saying your order has been delayed and should be with us on 9th or 10th July. I then called to speak to customer services regarding this delay and my delivery was duly booked for 11th July. I then booked a council collection of my old sofas for 14th July. I called today just to check on my delivery for 11th and to my despair have now been told my sofas are not due to be received by them until 20th July with delivery some time that week! Not even notified by email this time and no one contacted me about this further delay either. This then puts delivery time at 16 weeks plus!! I had wanted my new sofas in my living room before having photos taken to sell my house so quite important i receive them ASAP really. I have asked to speak to a manager in this matter and am awaiting their call and my sofas. Not impressed at all.

I was looking to buy a couple of rugs and had them sitting in my basket while I considered whether to order them. Georgina reached out, answered all my questions, told me all about the rugs, and even sent me a video so I could see them properly. She also sent a quick and easy payment link, which made the whole process so simple.

From start to finish, it was such an enjoyable buying experience. Georgina went above and beyond with her customer service, and I cant highly recommend her enough. Thank you!

We had such a good experience buying our first sofas for our first home! We went to look at sofas as I had seen some lovely ones on their Facebook page. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and offered coffee / tea etc. Becca asked if we were looking for anything specific and she gave us all the information we needed in a friendly way without being pushy. We ended up buying a number of pieces of furniture /accessories as Becca had encouraged us to have a leisurely look round and we saw lots of things we loved! We felt to have had a really great customer service experience. Becca was only there when we wanted her and didn’t try to persuade us into anything. She made us feel really special. Looking forward to delivery of our furniture :-)

Website was easy to use

From the day we visited their showroom we have had the best experience and service from Vintage Sofa Company. We chose the Dopamine 4 seater sofa in bronze after a great deal of consideration and a few changes whilst in the beautiful showroom! We received help and advice from Natalie Ridewood which made our visit so worthwhile. We were updated on a regular basis after placing our order which was delivered yesterday. The fantastic service also extended to the delivery team who were not phased by the difficult access to our home, they were polite, efficient and made the experience such a positive one. We love our sofa, it is beautifully crafted and has brought a touch of luxury to our lounge.

I love this sofa so comfortable only thing i don’t like is the black kegs but maybe i didn’t look closely enough

Very lovely furniture, good quality build and style. We got a snuggler, sofa, armchair, coffee table along with a couple of rugs. The customer service was excellent as we needed some help to figure out what could get into our flat.
