Excellent company.
I recently bought a vintage Vanson leather jacket from Vintage Threads. The entire transaction was excellent - the seller used DPD who are my favourite courier company. The jacket arrived really quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. I could not have been happier as the buyer.

It was not visible in the picture, but it was very, very dirty. It was not washed, I even paid taxes, and I made customers feel uncomfortable by saying nonsense that my address was dangerous.

One problem but sorted quickly
On receiving my first order I found that the product I had bought made it through quality checks with damage. When I made a query with Vintage Threads they were quick to correct the problem and sent me a new item with no hassle.

In regards to a recent review I made about them not sending me my product, they reached out and said they had misplaced the item and offered a refund or a swap for something of equal value. Once I chose something else they sent it over immediately at almost 4 am us time. Great spot will be buying from here a lot.
