Ordered 10 pc. of Ralph Lauren (sweaters) Grade B - we know that this is not Perfect condition. But ALL items had finger sized wholes, stains from lack and are not resellable and wearable at all. Never ever again, cannot recommend - hands off - do not buy

45kg Bale Grading issues
I ordered the 45kg Bale for £300, I understand the grading A/B system and the contents of what’s inside are mixed between both grades, but going through all of the clothing, I’m finding that at least 20 items so far that have either holes, ink marks that are very difficult to remove, stains which are also the same after washing with stain removers as well, wash tags/sizing labels are missing, in one jacket there was gum stuck inside one of the pockets, I think I haven’t found 1 that is a grade A (very good condition) which is disappointing considering I’ve spent £300 and would have thought to have at least had 50% in decent condition but seems I’ve had 80% of Grades B & C. I’ve read through the policy for the refunds process, seems unreasonable that grades B or below can’t be refunded even tho the mix of A and B grades for what you should receive hasn’t been received. So £300 is just be thrown down the drain.

I purchased the 45kg bale and spent the entire weekend washing, sorting, and bagging items to take to the tip. I have been reselling for over 10 years and have never received such poor-quality stock.
The items were advertised as Grade A/B, but the majority were closer to Grade C. Many had holes, rips, missing zips, burn marks, and other damage. The grading was completely misrepresented.
Out of the entire bale, I can identify only two items that are likely to generate a decent profit. Most of the stock has been thrown away. Some marks and wear are expected when buying this type of product, but the white items were so heavily stained with yellowing that they were beyond saving.
It's a real shame, as I would have liked to purchase more from this company. However, after this experience, I would not trust the grading standards advertised on the website.
If you are just starting out as a reseller, please think carefully before purchasing. I can absorb this loss as part of my business, but for someone starting out, the cost could be significant and could easily have a serious impact on a new business.

Everything was great. Fast delivery, good packaging. But I was a little disappointed when I started sorting through the items. The description stated that all the items were grade A, but in fact, quite a few were defective—approximately 10 out of 50 were defective. Of those, two were unusable.
