Absolutely terrible experience with Vinted support. I re-listed an authentic jacket with a more detailed description, only for it to be randomly flagged. I contacted support to clarify the situation, but all I got were delayed, automated responses asking me to wait. After weeks of waiting for a proper 'investigation,' they suddenly permanently blocked my account, claiming the item was counterfeit without providing any real proof. This was their 'final decision' after a completely automated and unfair process. Zero human understanding and awful communication. Avoid if you value your time!

Corrupt and automated customer support – Favouring scammers over honest sellersReview:
Vinted has officially hit rock bottom. I sold a pair of BMW motorcycle pants, clearly listing the correct size (98 – Long/Tall fit). The buyer opened a dispute claiming the pants were "too long." After a month of waiting, Vinted support agents (Malek and Elsobki) ruled in the buyer's favor based on a completely fake reason. They claimed my listing didn't show the "condition or defects" of the item, completely ignoring that the dispute was about the SIZE, not the condition! There were no defects!Worse, I provided ironclad evidence that the buyer has ALREADY listed the exact same pants for sale on their own Vinted account. The buyer has taken ownership, is reselling my item, and Vinted is forcing me to accept a return or they will refund the buyer for FREE. Vinted is actively supporting financial fraud and violating their own Terms of Service. They refuse to let me escalate the ticket to a human supervisor.
I have filed an official complaint with the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) and the European Consumer Centre regarding Vinted's complete incompetence and failure to protect sellers. (Username: rolldrum)
