Horrible experience! I sent a parcel on January 2nd through the platform. On February 9th, the carrier acknowledged it was lost and asked me to contact Vinted. Their support keeps saying the same nonsense to me all the time, the typical copy-and-paste answer saying that I must wait for the item to be returned to me. I said to them many times that it IS NOT being returned, the carrier acknowledged the parcel was lost, and I must get a compensaiton from Vinted. But Vinted is ghosting me all the time! Terrible customer service!

It’s a great opportunity to get some money at the same time you get rid of things that don’t fit you any more. You give them a new chance and contribute to protect the environment.

The app is very easy to use and good user experience. Sellers don't often post clear photos or describe items accurately so you can end up with items completely unsuitable.

I used to give all my clothes away which were in very good condition but I thought I’d try and sell them instead. I’ve always been very skeptical about selling as thought the posting procedure would be too much hassle but actually it’s very very easy and efficient so I’m so happy I chose to use Vinted

It is so easy to upload items for sale and a great way to recycle items you don’t want, or need. So far it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend it. It’s good to know that items you have loved are going to good homes and great when buyers are pleased with their purchase.
