Really not a fan of Vinted. Particularly when it comes to the so called authentification service : Vinted sends a label which is not accepted in the drop off points : their service is abroad and requires additional fee .

Never have a answer to your problem
If u buy the shiit or ur u dont receive your orders is not their problem
They look to u a money

J'utilise Vinted depuis seulement quelques mois et j'ai déjà vécu une expérience très décevante.

I sold a Lululemon sweatshirt which arrived to the buyer with the outer mailing bag torn open at the corner during transit. The buyer's own photos clearly show the bag was ripped from the outside in, with my inner tissue paper wrapping still visible through the tear. The dirt on the sweatshirt got in through that externally caused rip.

Despite this clear photographic evidence of carrier mishandling, Vinted ruled it as "insufficient packaging" and cancelled the transaction, leaving me with no payment and no item returned.

I packaged the item carefully in tissue paper inside a sealed black mailing bag. The tear in the bag is through the material itself, not at any seal or seam, which any reasonable person can see is external damage.

I appealed and asked for a senior review. I was told the decision is final.

Vinted's process offers sellers virtually no protection. One agent can make a final call against clear evidence with no meaningful right of appeal. I feel it's important other sellers know the risk they are taking.

I am still hoping Vinted does the right thing and reverses this decision. I will update this review if they do.

Very disappointing experience as a Pro Seller on Vinted. My account has been repeatedly restricted by the automated system despite following the rules carefully. Even after support previously apologized and confirmed my account was compliant, the restrictions happened again. These repeated actions seriously damage visibility, customer trust, and paid promotions, while support provides little clear explanation.

Vinted has turned into an absolute shit platform. They keep blocking you for no reason for a period of 5 days, you open an appeal and it takes them 7 days to even respond to the appeal. Ridiculous.

The app is easy to use, communication with buyers and sellers is smooth, and there is a wide variety of items at great prices. Transactions are fast, and the shipping system is convenient and secure. I highly recommend it for buying and reselling clothes and accessories ✨

---My Vinted Experience – Buyer Beware ⚠️*

I ordered a *Samsung 45W PD Adapter + USB-C cable (5A) - Neuf* on Vinted. The listing had clear photos and description. But when the package arrived, the seller had sent me a *completely different item — an iPhone 35W adapter*.

I reported it immediately as “Item Not As Described” and opened a return under Vinted’s Buyer Protection. I thought I was covered since I paid the Buyer Protection fee.

But here’s what actually happened:
- Vinted told me *I have to pay for return shipping myself*, even though the mistake was 100% the seller’s.
- They said it’s written in their Terms & Conditions that the buyer is responsible for return costs.
- My case was closed with no refund unless I pay out of my pocket to fix the seller’s error.

So what is the Buyer Protection fee for, if it doesn’t protect the buyer in a clear misrepresentation case?

*My advice to other buyers:*
1. Take screenshots of every listing before you buy.
2. Don’t trust the “Buyer Protection” label — it won’t help if the seller sends the wrong item.
3. You may end up losing both your money and having to pay for return shipping.

I’m sharing this so no one else gets stuck like I did. Please double-check sellers and think twice before using Vinted.
