Everything is great. That would be great if add some other options such as filter sellers based on their location, since Shipping prices and possibility depends on the location.

I have bought many items on Vinted previously and have sold more than 150 items there. I’ll continue to sell items but I won’t be buying anything there again. You have to pay a “buyer protection fee” but recently I got sent the wrong item by a seller. Before I can get any money back, I have to pay all return fees, even though I have been sent the wrong item (the seller has admitted she’s mixed orders and sent two buyers the wrong thing). When I have written and asked Vinted what the buyer protection covers then, they replied “items that are significantly not as described”. When i said that getting the wrong item is definitely item not as described, they just kept replying that according to their terms and conditions I am responsible to pay the return fee; even if I’m sent the wrong item, an item I have not initially bought. I’m actually wondering if I’m getting AI generated responses because it feels completely ridiculous it doesn’t seem true.
I feel it’s too risky to buy from them now. You’re buying from individuals who can maybe send you a product that’s not great condition, for example, and you’ll be up against Vinted’s customer service who get to decide if u get a refund or not, or if you have to pay yourself. You also have to pay high shipping costs from all different buyers if you want to buy numerous things. Highly do not recommend this “business” at all, which is sad because it used to be good.

Dint investigate the how-to's re Selling..but I sure appreciated eBay's Bulk Load option years ago...doth that still work? They was pretty professional. Darn.

A Quick and easy way to make money out of clothes and other things you no longer have a need for.

A platform that protects only the buyer — when an item goes missing, only the buyer gets refunded, while the seller suffers financial loss. There is definitely room for improvement, especially by taking example from Vestiaire, where both parties are protected and compensated if an item is lost.

Another serious issue is the complete inability to properly authenticate items. Originals are incorrectly labeled as fake — even those purchased directly from official brand stores. Meanwhile, counterfeit items continue to be sold, and even when specific sellers are reported, the response is that no violations were found.

This is simply unacceptable and, frankly, shameful.

Warning - Vinted are distributing counterfeit goods from ACNE studios. Even with "buyers protection" they won't refund you. In my case the serial number of the jacket comes back to a t-shirt. I will go to the police on Monday.

Vinted works well in almost all aspects. Connects people to be able to buy from eachother through long distances with a good range of categories and specifics about the product. My only downside about vinted is the time it takes for money to get into your account after someone has collected their product. The transfer from vinted to my bank was not much longer than 7-10 minutes but after someone collects their package that you sent them it can take a full day for it to get into availible

It’s a really easy to use selling app to make fast cash but you can also find nearly everything you could want for a fair price!
