I ordered two dresses almost a month ago with a five day promised delivery only received this week
After many email's
I received dresses really lousy fit with awful cheap matherial
I wanted to return them
All my requests emails are now not delivered
I today received two shirts same lousy quality
These items costs were €169
Complete waste of money..

They're scammers.
There's no need to comment any further. Frustrating

Very scammy site, China based- avoid at all cost! Their order arrived super late. Then when I wanted to return, they replied they could refund 50% in a voucher. I denied, they asked for pictures, which I provided. This was a month ago and still no response. I made the mistake of not checking them properly, but avoid at all cost!

I wish I'd read this review page before falling for the same scam others fell for. DO NOT BUY FROM VINTELLO. They send a lousy quality product. They say they give refunds but they mail from a postbox and don't respond when asking for an address and refund even though I tried a few times, giving them plenty of time to respond. Money totally down the drain.

Total SCAM. An online store that seems Dutch, with amazing pics of the products and normal street prices. In reality, you receive very poor quality products and packages from China that have nothing to do with the pics and descriptions shown in the website. I wrote an email requesting return and reimbursement the second I received the products and they replied a few times requesting pics of the products received and the reasons / brief for the return, which I replied immediately just stating that I was not satisfied with the quality and looks of the products and that they are in their original package. Since then, no more emails, no reply, no return, no reimbursement... All my money thrown away. I hope people read these reviews before purchasing anything from this people.

I ordered clothing on 22 August, payment was accepted, delivery would be between 5 and 6 days....
I should have read the negative reviews first, not the positive ones on their own site.
Now I just want to receive the clothing, at least have a reliable date of delivery!
No reaction to 3 emails; phone not answered either.
This attractive site is misleading.
I just want to receive the packages!!!!!

If you are Vintello, do have the decency to respond to customers!

Terrible quality, an absolute scam. Unfortunately I realized 15 min after purchase about the misleading reviews published in their webpage, therefore I asked them to cancel the purchase given the deceitfull strategy they use. However they refused to do so by lying saying that the purchase was processed and sent. Worst experience ever, dont buying nothing from this people!

I wish i came across these reviews earlier. Its an absolute scam and they even have an automated reply when asking for a refund and they never get back to you.

The same as everybody else is saying. Looks genuine - normal high street prices and looks to be a Dutch company. Its NOT. Its a drop shipper from CHINA and the goods are absolutely worthless. Complete and utter garbage and 35 euros down the drain. I hope other people get to read this before throwing their money away

Do not buy from this company. They deliver very late and they do not accept returns unless you send it back to China.
The quality sucks, the service sucks, I lost € 89.
I can only advise to avoid this company

OK they got me, the dutch adress for the website looked ok, but the product I ordered and what I received was vastly different. Absolute Chinese scameroo. Don't buy here.

Return policy and customers services.

Both are real bad, they buy stuff in China, but wrong sizes, not EU sizes, when you want to return it, frist the dont react, then the don't listen to your questions and then you get ignored.

Worst service ever, with no interest in clients only focus on there own sales.

DON'T BUY HERE. They absolutely NOT deliver what's on the pictures. You see a nice picture, you buy it and they deliver 100% crap that doesn't even look like it!
When you try to return, they don't reply on your emails. It's just another DROP SHIPPING SCAM.

Bad shop. It took 4 week to have my products. Do not order here. Product is cheap materials.

Don’t buy from here, I wish I had read the reviews before. Product arrived from China, super bad quality-it should cost not even 1 euro. I asked to return it(it should be possible according to their website) and they are not responding. SCAMMERS!

This is a scam. Do not buy!
First of all I ordered on the 24 of May and received items almost a month later, mid June.
Secondly the items don't have a label, only states "made in china", the sizes are all wrong and the quality is very poor!
These look like temu items if not worse but sold at boutique prices.
Can't believe I fell for it!
