Vintisk does not supply the item I purchase but ask me to choose other items. When I asked Vintisk to refund me, telling me it needed 5-6 working days. I am still waiting for the refund after 2 days have passed.
Great communication from the get go. The jacket I bought was in perfect condition, even agreed to an exchange because I got sizing wrong. Arrived the following day, tracked and signed for. Really get seller, couldn’t have been anymore helpful and the jacket couldn’t be anymore perfect.

Stay away!!! Ordered a $900 shirt, received an email stating they actually do not have my shirt size in stock. Then when i requested a refund, they kept offering me other products which i did not want. After finally agreeing to a refund, i still have not received the money back to my credit card. Now in the middle of a dispute with them.

You were refunded the full amount on the 29/08/2023. Depending on your card refund time varies. We refunded and reversed your payment through stripe and even sent you screenshots as proof. Stripe refunds take 5-10 working days to process and show up on your card. You also received a email of refund. As soon as we couldn’t provide your item size we offered an alternative in which you declined so we agreed to refund you. We can send all proof if necessary.
