I saw a listing for the company on Reddit that was about 6 months old, but unfortunately didn't see the later postings in another section. I paid $6 for two tokens and when I tried to get my reports, I got a 403 page error every time across two different browsers. I learned this has happened to many other Reddit users. Trying to contact the company or their payment processor is a waste of time- no response or a non-working captcha, so I'll be filing chargeback.

Paid but never got the report.

SCAM. Paid for a token and received a report that only showed "403 Forbidden". I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

This company used to have the carfax reports and everything was okay. I don't know what changed recently, but if you purchase tokens and get the supposed carfax report, you just get an error message. The company is taking money without providing the reports.

Fraud. Purchased 10 tokens. The site searches and identifies the two various reports available and the number of records found for each report. Upon requesting one of the reports it responds that it is not available. Or, it will say that report is available, which is a pdf of "403 forbidden" There was no information produced for either on numerous occassions. Stay away and don't get taken.

Paid for the so called token, website says "unable to process", waste of money, really seems like a scam, wish I read these reviews before buying.

Purchased 3 tokens. Got Forbidden 403 error when tried to use 2 tokens. Reached out via Whatsapp and email and zero response Do not use this site

PDF just shows Forbidden. Seems scammy, like all the other vin places.

They take your money, but when you use a token to purchase a report the report cannot be accessed. You receive a 403 Forbidden Error

They deducted $3 but the reports come back 403. Don't pay them.

seems to be a scam. I bought a token, used it to pay for a report. report opened in a window and all it says is '40 Forbidden". I tried other browsers. pop ups are not blocked...I will update if they answer my email, can or text chat

Site used to work but no longer does. Good while it lasted.

We agreed with the owner to purchase the reports. You paid for your order in full. But it hasn't worked for 1.5 months now. No one can contact you via email or telegram!

Same as others, paid for token, ran report and then got "Forbidden" when trying to open.

Avoid at all costs!

Scam took my money and gave me a 403 Forbidden message 😒!

This site is a scam. Don’t waste your money. You buy a token it runs a report and then when you try to open it you get an error message. I trusted Trust Pilot which said this was legit. It wasn’t! Stay away!

Unresponsive and non-functional

SCAM..The Report came in BLANK and they charged me. SCAM. I called them and NO Answer. I emailed them and No Answer. SCAM

Either offline or a scam now. Either way you won't get your carfax reports.

Website used to work, I used it multiple times, but it seems since April 10, 2024 it has stopped functioning. You can still buy tokens, they happily take your money. However, when you purchase a report, it just takes you to a '403 Forbidden' site. Reports bought before April 9 are still accessible though, at least for me. Guess it was good while it lasted.
