Quick delivery but problems with applying them.
The signs came very quickly and looked great. Unfortunately some of the letters stuck to the heavy backing paper and were deformed when trying to apply them. Also, some letters stuck to the application sheet causing problems. I managed to apply the signs but not a perfect result.

I’m sorry to hear there was an issue during installation. Once an order is dispatched, we do always send a follow-up message with a full installation guide to help achieve the best result.
Your lettering is supplied on a backing paper with transfer tape, and once correctly separated, the vinyl should remain attached to the transfer tape. If there are any issues during this step, the squeegee or fingers can be used to help ensure the vinyl transfers cleanly.
When removing the backing paper, it’s important to peel it back slowly at a sharp angle rather than lifting the transfer tape away from the backing, as this helps prevent the vinyl from stretching or tearing.
If the correct steps aren’t followed, it can lead to issues during application. If any letters were damaged as a result and did not transfer correctly, we can certainly look at a replacement for you.
