If it's a brand like Adidas or something else check the Adidas website first! And if they don't have it, then it's 100% a fraud!!!!! Low life scum of people

I placed an order over two months ago and still haven’t received my items. I even replied to their emails and agreed to change the product colors when they asked, but nothing was ever shipped. I also requested a refund and never got a response. Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this store.

Horrible. Product was not what was pictured or promised. Customer service is NONEXISTENT. Don't waste your money-- cheap, poorly constructed. Support basically said "too bad, too sad."

This website is a fraud. What they sell on their website are NOT the products they deliver. It was a massive disappointment when I received my order. I won't even pay $10.00 for it. The quality is so poor, materials used are very cheap and no way that it looks like the photos on their website. I have emailed them to refund my money and they responded that they don't exchange and do not accept return. My next step is to report them to Australian Cyber Security Centre's ReportCyber. DO NOT ORDER from this website.

My product was not as they advertised. The product lePetit purse, was poor quality. The color of hardware was not as shown for the order. They never responded to my email for contact. This was after almost 4 wks of waiting for delivery. Description was different than stated.

Viocca refused to acknowledge they sent me a wrong product never respond to you on time never rectified the problem wo people should never buy from this disgusting company

order out of stock and despite many emails - which are ignored and asked to pick a replacement or they will do it for you - this is a scam !!!

Rubbish. Purchased a handbag, what turned up was a cheap plastic horrible smelly plastic handbag that could buy from a market for £5:00, cost me £53:00. The advertising is slick and glossy, however goods are utter rubbish. Don’t buy!

This company VIOCCA 1 is a total sham. The pictures on their website do not match what they send. I ordered a bag, and what arrived was squished, deformed, and looked nothing like the product photos. The quality is awful. To make things worse, they don’t give refunds if you try to exchange anything. I’m very disappointed—do not order from them.

I purchased a bag from Viocca. Prior to the purchase I carefully reviewed their return policy and after satisfying myself of their return policy I placed an órder.

I notified them the day I received the bag that it didn’t suit my needs and I wished to return it and receive a full refund in keeping with return policy.

I received an AI generated response saying that they wouldn’t return the bag. I drew further attention to their policy and received a further AI generated response offering me a 30% discount on my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.

I have NO intention of buying anything from them again.

PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE! DONT BUY FROM THEM.

One month ago I ordered some products on this site and I still haven’t received my goods. They’re also not answering my emails.
One tip. Don’t buy at this site, or you wil just lose your money..

I ordered the Venezia Knot sun glasses And received glasses not Even similar to the sunglass on the website. Really disappointing.

This online store (Viocca) not only failed to deliver the purchased goods and ignored my refund requests, but also deleted my order records, which constitutes fraudulent behavior.
