NEVER IN STOCK
I paid for next day delivery and it took around 5 days to come. ITS NEVER IN STOCK so I can’t even get the rest of the hair I need. Iv now seen the shocking 1star reviews on here, im scared to get the rest of it now not that it will be in stock anyway.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. The hair came knotted and the hair was already shredding from the hair. It had about 5 strands per extension and looked mortifying. We sent them back and they refuse to give us a refund because they weigh differently even though we haven’t used them. You may all that money for the hair to snap and not be used!!!

Avoid purchasing from this company
Avoid purchasing from this company. I’ve only had my hair extensions in for three weeks, and they’re already developing pink tones. I haven’t used sun cream, been in chlorine or salt water, and I even have a filter on my shower. I’ve also used very minimal heat, only once or twice since having them fitted, so there’s no clear reason for this issue.
The company’s customer service has been extremely disappointing, as they’ve refused to take responsibility or offer a proper resolution. I’ve already had to use a Malibu hard water crystal treatment, which shouldn’t be necessary after spending £250 on extensions. Instead of addressing the fault, they’ve advised me to continue using treatments to manage the problem.
The discolouration is affecting the strands with lowlights, so I asked if they could send a replacement batch without lowlights. They refused and suggested I just keep treating the hair instead.
If you’re looking to waste your money, this is the company to choose. To be clear, this is not a reflection of my hairdresser—she’s been fantastic and takes great care to ensure my hair looks its best. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the supplier she uses, VIOLA.

I always use viola for my clients hair however the delivery has been really poor delivery was due Saturday then got delayed to Tuesday ! Waiting all day in salon on Tuesday to now be delayed to Wednesday my client has now went elsewhere because of this it was needed for Saturday not Wednesday

Used this company for years then had a new set fitted in December and obviously a faulty batch. Tried to contact to get a replacement, got a response from a lady named Tilly who was very unhelpful saying I had to remove them from my head and return to be tested?!? Absolute joke would not go near this company again avoiding at all costs

This is the first time using Viola hair…
This is the first time using Viola hair extensions the web site was easy to navigate. I like that the grams are small so you can mix and match shades instead of full head.
The hair quality is one of the best I have used and I have used many. I will now be sticking with Viola I have finally found a company that ticks all the boxes for great hair extensions. The only negative I have is the delivery cost £9 I know it’s next day but I would like an option for slower cheaper postage.
