Over a Month Late with No Explanation
I was really excited to try Violets & Cream for some specialty soda from Europe, but my experience with them was very disappointing.
I placed an order for 6 bottles on 8/11 and was promised ground advantage shipping, which should have been about 10 days. After 2 weeks with no shipping notification, I sent a follow-up email. The company never replied directly to me—instead, I just received an automated email saying my package had been shipped. It felt like they forgot about my order.
In the end, it took over a month for my order to arrive. What made this so frustrating wasn’t just the delay, but the complete lack of communication: no explanation, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right.
This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend, and it arrived far too late. I would have been understanding if they had been upfront about delays, but the silence and poor service left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to others.
