I absolutely love the look of the watch and its many faces. I love all of the pieces of information I can access. I’m disconcerted by the inaccuracy of the calibration on my blood pressure. I have checked it against my blood pressure machine and my watch and the machine don’t match. I have low blood pressure and my Violeve watch tracks me with high blood pressure. I have looked for a way to contact you directly and the only customer service is through the list of questions you offer. HELP

Very slim line. Dressy but not overdone. I love love love it and it doesn’t have any bulkiness to it, and I love the old-time face, sleek, and sexy and glow in the dark.

I am not happy I can not respond to my text messages. This is my main reason for needing a smart watch

My order arrived within two days of placing my order. Very impressed with battery life, lasting around seven days and easy to set up. Love it

Love this watch.. I just lost the second one because the latch on the watch does not function properly.. I may order a third but will definitely get a more secure band..

My husband purchased this watch for my birthday in July. It arrived after a week and when I took it out of the box the pin fell out. I immediately contacted them to ask how I return this toget a replacement. They asked me to send a video which I did, then after several emails from me I got a response saying they were passing to the support team. I emailed again yesterday and got a quick response saying they had sent this to the support team. This is a total scam. DO NOT buy from them.

The ease of ordering and the delivery speed are awesome. These watches are beautiful and work great. I was an Apple watch user and have now purchased 2 of these watches. I absolutely love them!

I really do love this watch. I am a small bones person, but the watch still looks perfect.
It would be nice if stainless still strap came in two different lengths.

Love my watch! Exactly as described. Only area for improvement on the watch would be how the band is secured. The wristband is very secure, just difficult to get on - not a clasp issue, a design issue. Holds its charge, the app to the watch is amazing! Love the free workouts. Multiple watch face designs to choose from and easy to change daily if needed.

Terrible quality. When it shipped to me, the watch was not functional, the display was not working. I reached out to customer support and they initially asked me to send a video of the defect which I did and I have not heard back in about a month despite multiple follow up emails.

The watch is thin and easy to charge. I like the styling also.

Do not buy from this company. They will not honor the warranty. My watch is frozen on main screen, time and date only. Can't swipe to use apps. I contacted them 2 months ago, and they keep saying, email forwarded to support team, even though you are using the support email. Finally last email they said support will be in touch to start the replacement process. That was 2 weeks ago. They have blocked both my emails and blocked me on Facebook. They just commit fraud. Oh and, they gave excuses about how much inventory they have, for replacements. Don't buy from them. Seems like a lot of people have the same problem.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Beautiful watch bad customer care. The screen saver was useless and I sent about 8 emails to ask them to send a replacement because I wanted to protect it. I got no solution and about 2 emails to ask what was wrong and that they had passed it on.
I bought my watch in December 2024 and it is now July 2025 and it wont switch on any more. Think alot before you buy this, it is lovely but another brand do one that is very similar and would probably give a better customer service

I made a purchase for a watch in May. Received it June 3rd and immediately requested a refund. Wanted to exchanged it for a different watch, but changed my mind quickly to full refund because there is never a response from the company. Customer service sucks! Weeks later they responded to say how they value their customers and remind me that it takes 14 days to have a solution per their policy. I sent photos per their request, the same day I received their email. Well it has been a full month now since my original request! !!Where’s that value in customer service they were going on about. I wish I could just get my money back. I don’t even want this watch. I lost count the amount of times I have emailed them. It’s ridiculous! No response! SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
