The ordering was so fast that I didn't even know I paid, Almost scary. The pop up at the beginning - that would have been nice to maybe hit people with that after they had time to read. I most likely would have used it.

Long term Viome subscriber

I have been subscribing to Viome for 3 years and so far am feeling great with the pre and probiotics and daily 8 capsule supplements. However, the quality control of each packet of supplements is a hit and miss for the past year as I would get a half opened capsule or a capsule shell with no supplements inside. I am also not getting updates or countdown to get my annual testing to update my microbiome status. I would like the testing to be at a discounted price for subscribers and have the ability to provide and refer out to potential clients who may benefit from full body intelligence testing. I am already and affiliate and nutrition coach with Viome but have little to know tools to incentivize the process.

Processing took too long

Processing took too long, starting with the return of sample which was with slow standard mail. The report did not include details on which microbes are deficient or overpopulated. This would have been helpful with explanations of the microbes which are out of range. The recommended diet and probiotics are good to help stay on track.

Your products are wonderful

Your products are wonderful. The customer service folkow through is sorely lacking. I was told that I would get a response in 24-48 hours & didn't hear anything for 4 days.

Frustrated!

So I truly believe that this will help me but honestly for right now I’m extremely frustrated. I placed my order for my supplements a month ago and I still have not received them. I guess they’re on their way, but still waiting a month and a half for my supplements to get here I think is ridiculous. Yes I know the supplements are made just for me and they take some time. A month though, Really?? I’ll do another review once I get going on this but not impressed as of yet.

Terrible. Awful. Do not buy

Terrible service. I can't download results, just says that I'm low in all these areas, and what I need to purchase from them to improve my "scores". I'm confident they are not doing any testing, and this is a scam.

The kit and instructions were high quality. I misunderstood the blood collection instructions and collected none. After I completed the questionnaire and sent in the saliva and stool samples, I got many emails to complete the questionnaire. My requests for a replacement blood collection kit were ignored. I have not received any results. I got a couple of emails that my results are ready but I must complete my questionnaire. I’ve completed it twice now. The customer care bot has not been helpful. When I reply to the emails, I get an auto-reply that the email account is not read, use customer service. I will try calling.
