Terrible internet provider
It is the worst internet provider that I have ever had. Its one thing that the service was working very bad at the beginning (in December), when we were forced to switch from Stofa to some other company. Bad means in this case that the internet connection was instable and our devices thought that we were based in another country (Switzerland) for several weeks. As a result, we could not use, for example, our HBO Max subscription, because that service is location based.
However, after these inital issues got resolved, we have still experienced several internet black-outs, which are not aceptable in case of occasional home-office. Finally, for my iPhone it takes unusually long time to find the wifi network, every time I want to use it after an inactive period. This only happens in our own home, at any other place (with different internet provider) works my phone perfectly. When I called the customer service to ask about this problem, the call escalated, ending with a customer service employee raising his voice and telling that the fault lies with Apple, because they fabricated the phones in this way...I did not know how to react to that, so I thanked for the help quite upset and I ended the call.
