It’s just terrible. Don’t expect to be able to reach them if you have a regular 9-5 job. I’m extremely disappointed in the product I received and I can’t even get in contact with them for a refund or replacement. I can’t find anything that lists their customer service hours and if you reach them out of hours, the bot just says that the reps are busy. Not that you’ve reached them out of hours.

Called customer service because my product was way overdue. Upon ordering from ViPek (not Amazon) I never received a tracking number or order number. I called looking for help and she chided me for not having either and alluded that she couldn't help me if I didn't have. I assured her there must be another way - perhaps my name, address, phone number, email...in less than 30 seconds she had ALL the information that I was looking for.
She was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Spoke over me, told me I shouldn't be demanding (I guess asking for help finding a product that I had been charged for but never received was demanding) and told me she was the only person who knew how to look up an order by name.
If you haven't realized by now, you can have the best product in the world, but your people can ruin the experience. I will never buy from you again.
This was my first order from VIPEK garment rack and I am thoroughly pleased, not only with the product but with the personal customer service. Being able to actually correspond with an individual is certainly exceptional in this day and age. The quality of workmanship and product is very impressive.
