Customer service needs some work..
Ordered a KS1 from them back in July, received it second week of August which was fine. The issue I have is with the snarky guy on the WhatsApp chat. I was looking to buy a KS2 and enquired about some sort of discount for returning customers.
His response made it seem like I was being ridiculous for asking about a discount and so I informed him of the price I had been quoted by another vendor and I was told to “buy from them then” i said ok and did just that, I saved over $1000 buying from a different vendor. His response to this “happy for you” and then “nobody cares. We fulfill our orders. Buy from the chinese and roll the dice.” and then “when your machine breaks get ready to fix it yourself btw.” So yeah, real mature responses..

We are not obliged to give customers discounts or match prices just because you ask us to, or because you are a returning customer. We ask all returning customers to leave us a genuine review of their purchase experience if they want a $500 code.
Be careful... that price you quoted us to match is lower than actual bulk cost. Now with Kaspa at 13 cents, we hope you paid with a credit card because at this point they probably will not fulfill your order no matter what "testimonials on discord" you are referring to. We are generally not interested in bargaining with retail customers for 1 unit of anything. Volume orders is another scenario.

Great experience, it was my first time purchasing from Viperatech. It was a new vendor to me, and I was slightly nervous. I ordered several KS0 units, they arrived earlier than expected and with zero issues or hassles!

Thank you for your trust and business. To clarify, we allow guest checkouts to speed up the order placing process with Stripe/AmazonPay. Some customers who pay with crypto in other countries also would like to maintain their anonymity, but this is a rarity.
If a customer wants notifications of their tracking, ticket submissions and messages, they will need to sign up for an account and we can retroactively assign the order they placed to it.
