VIP Fan Auctions Reviews

Got a number of great items from Red One!

Everything arrived on time and exactly as described on the site! I couldn't be more satisfied.

Everything’s perfect. I recommend :)

Great communication, I was able to get notes with no issues. Shipped very fast as well

The level of communication and customer service are exceptional. I deal with many auction houses and VIP lives up to it's name.

Great company, legitimate business I trust that has been in the memorabilia business for a long time. Items were wrapped well and protected during shipping. They shipped out my items quick

The VIP Fan Auctions page has a clear and easy-to-use interface. It provides all the necessary information, such as the shipping quote or Buyer's Premium.

They also describe in detail the scene and who used the prop.
All the expenses are reasonable and ship everything quickly and safely.

It's a great place to buy props from top films for a very reasonable price with a very decent service.

Staff handled the loss (and eventual delivery) by the shipping company of my auction item thoroughly professionally! Would not hesitate to participate in future VIP Fan Auctions sales!

Easy and smooth all the way.

Provided a superb customer experience, as always. Products are always extremely well packaged and arrive in pristine condition.

A pleasure doing business with!

VIP always returns emails "fast" doesn't overcharge for shipping, their fees are fair and 'fassst shipping.

I will do business with them again and again, very kind, very, very professional!!

It was such a hassle free purchase, everything thing I've brought has been swiftly sent out, even with it being so close to Xmas. Personally I find VIPauctions to be easily one of the best places to get one off unique pieces of TV/movie props and memorabilia,

VIP Fan Auctions is one of the best in customer service and responsiveness.

They ship quickly and pack extremely well.

I always look forward to bidding in their auctions!

Efficient and punctual organization

Excellent customer service. Questions answered quickly. Authentic items at great prices. Super fast shipping with great packing. One of the very best prop dealers you won't be disappointed in your purchase

Another easy transaction with VIP. Shipping was quick. One of my favorite Prop companies to deal with.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described. The auction was easy to take part in, the bidding and checkout process were also clear and fast. A good auction house.

Thanks again I've been working with them for years and always great! Good props quick replies to inquiries and fast delivery. Always a pleasure we'll catch you on the next one!

Great market for prop auctions, quite often for lesser known/smaller titles but with the occasional bigger headline.

Postage while expensive (as it is for all prop auction sites and out of the control of VIP) is always incredibly well packed (the thing VIP does control and important with rare and unique props) and shipped fast.

Communication is always great as is their support in the rare case you have any questions.

Love VIP, always great service & fast shipping!.
