I have been seeing Nick for over twenty years and him and his practice have always been so good . I would recommend him to anybody!

I’ve been seeing Nick Clive for my hearing aids and support for over seven years. I’ve work aids for over 50 years (I was born deaf) and can confirm that Nick is the best hearing consultant I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, professional and able to explain the workings of the most complex modern aids in a language I can understand! Thank you Nick.

I saw Nick at the Eastcote branch. The service was excellent, professional, and everything was well explained. The process for removing the wax was completely painless. Any anxiety that I had completely evaporated. I'll now be going back yearly to get things looked at. The hearing has also come back in my ear, so I am very much grateful!

Probably the best healthcare experience I have ever had. So I appreciate that ear wax removal is not very exciting or glamorous but I felt the need to go to VIP Hearing Solutions again (I went nearly a year ago for a similar thing) because I had an ear ache, possibly and infection or just a wax build up.
I could not get a GP appt until the end of October (not a lot of use to me) and I have a long haul flight coming up soon. So I booked an appt with VIP and was seen by Nick, very professional, polite and attentive.
Nick checked my ears and in fact there was nothing to be concerned about but he advised me of my options and recommended a spray to use for flying for comfort.
I feel reassured that there was no infection, this saved me a trip to a Poly Clinic or a GP and is clearly a much better route to take.

Amazing service from Tim. He was informative, caring and super efficient. Also the secretary was kind and friendly.

I booked an appointment to have microsuction. They fit me in the same day. Every member of the team was great. The lady that saw me was lovely. She diagnosed another problem and could not do the microsuction because of it and she immediately wrote me a letter to take to my GP in order that they see me urgently and on top of this, did not make a charge for the work she had done! Amazing, friendly yet professional service in a peaceful and clean environment. I will definitely be going back in the future

So having the hearing aids for 6 months the left one didn’t wake up in the morning and wouldn’t reset. As I was in the high street anyway I dropped into the office where Sarah tried to breath life into the faulty aid. I left the aid with her with an appointment for 3pm for a new fitting of replacement aids. At 10am she called to say they had already programmed a new set (Thanks Ewa!) and I could pick them up! Astounding service.

Took my elderly mother to VIP and the name does not let them down. Amazing service and tremendous patience and aftercare. The best service that I have received in a long time.

Nick Clive is the best audiologist I have ever been to. He is totally professional with a wonderful caring manor. He initially gave me an in depth hearing test where he was able to identify the level of hearing in each ear. He then provided me with hearing aids for a trial period without obligation. The difference was amazing and I ordered them at the end of the trial period. I have now had them since September 2021.

I have had my ears cleared of wax many times and this was by far the best. Nick was careful, considerate, informing and very professional. It was all over quickly and efficiently.

I was recommended by my Doctor to go to VIP in Eastcote to deal with my ear wax which had left me totally deaf in my only working ear. Nick was excellent, both professional and caring. I would not go anywhere else.

Visited recently for my first hearing test. The audiologist Nick was great, very helpful and explained things clearly and was reassuring. I will be returning for an annual checkup. The receptionist was also so helpful. A very friendly and professional team.

When I rang and spoke to the receptionist she remembered me from a year ago. Answered all my questions and was very helpful and professional.
On arrival today, very friendly, gave me a form to complete and asked me to take a seat.
The lady who was doing the suctioning, explained the procedure, and then suctioned both ears. She also gave me advice on dry skin in my ear.
Very impressed- will return!

I took my 15 year old grandson into Eastcote for ear suction. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and reassuring. Nick saw us very quickly, putting my grandson at ease. He showed him the photos, explained that there was no wax left, a few days use of oil had done the trick, then did a hearing test and didn't charge us anything Fantastic people, great honest service; would definitely use them again.

I would totally recommend VIP Hearing Solutions Eastcote. They are professional, friendly and caring. They are super helpful to me issued a referral letter to my GP and gave me guidance and advice that was extremely beneficial. First class service.

Tim is amazing a complete miracle worker!!!

I have been having ear infections for the last year and all my doctors has been doing is giving me antibiotic ear spray, which has done zero for my ears and it’s been driving me crazy as I was losing my hearing. I’m 43 years old and I was so worried that I was losing my hearing, I hate the thought of anything going into my ears and was terrified of going to have someone look in my ears, however it had gotten so bad that I had to go and get seen.

Luckily I called VIP hearing solutions and made an appointment with Tim in the Pinner office that same day.
As soon as I saw him I felt calm, he had a smile on his face and was very welcoming the appointment wasn’t rushed and he was happy to explain everything to me. Needless to say he managed to clear my ears and now I can hear everything which is amazing. It didn’t hurt and wasn’t uncomfortable, afterwards he gave my ear a full check up. He was so good that I made an appointment for my husband and my 10 year old son, my son is autistic and he also felt calm around Tim and Tim was so good with him. I would 100% recommend Tim at the PINNER office :-)

It was no problem for Tim to check my ears as I had concerns. I received excellent service and advice.

Great service. Popped in on the off chance to see if I could buy some domes for my mother’s hearing aid. Specs*vers, who supplied the aid, were most unhelpful. The lady at VIP was very helpful and gave me four domes in case I broke any when fitting them.

I would highly recommend VIP hearing solutions . I had my ears microsuctioned , the audiologist was so gentle and thorough. After the procedure he checked the pressure in my ears which was low in one ear and subsequently did a referral for my GP. Excellent service
