Our movers, while very nice and courteous, had zero experience and this showed. They used tape to tape furniture pieces (putting the glue side directly on the furniture), and as a result we are dealing with the mess and damage. They stacked heavy boxes onto a box of vinyl albums (clearly labeled), causing the album box to collapse. I haven’t had a chance to try and listen to my albums yet, but it’s unlikely they haven’t been warped/damaged. We had specifically told the intake person about needing to be extra careful with brand new white hardwood floors and were told this would not be a problem. However the movers knew nothing about this and were surprised to hear they would not be able to use their dolly inside our apartment. The process took much longer than anticipated (over 5 hours as opposed to expected 4 hours), as a result of their not being ready. Again, the two young men were polite and courteous and were willing to accommodate requests, but they were by no means professional, and this resulted in damage to our belongings. Their packaging of our larger furniture pieces was shoddy as well.
I would not recommend using this company, especially for the price.

Abubaker and Murad were amazing movers. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and worked so hard the entire time. Even though the move was rough, they handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. Hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend them!

My two movers today were John and Mansur. I was stressing out about the move because I had just came out of skiing and Ironman and I have Hyrox Men’s Singles in a week. My body is exhausted from training so the last thing I want to do was to put anymore stress on my body! The guys came and were so chill. I have so many straggler items and they packed it super efficiently. I was able to run errands while they loaded up my 1 bedroom and transferred it to the new one! I didn’t have to do anything. Super professional! They made moving so stress free. I’m grateful to have found this company! This is my second time using them! Great experience every time! Highly highly recommend!

Super efficient for our move that was an hour away. It wasn’t an easy job and they worked incredibly hard the entire time barely taking any breaks. Our team was John, Abubakr and Erlan, all three were amazing. Highly recommend

Our initial estimate was under by quite a bit; however, the hard work and professionalism of the leader, Arseny, and his crew on our moving days was so exceptional that this company still deserves a full five star rating. They worked a 16.5 hour day on an expected 6-8 hours, and always kept a great attitude and high quality of service. Even in hour 15, one of the adults in my household asked Arseny to secure something to the wall. I said they still had a lot to do to actually move things and their job didn't include anchoring things to the wall. Without any hint of frustration, he reassured her he would be fine to do whatever we wanted them to. In what could be a highly stressful situation, the patience, calm confidence and expertise/ease with which Arseny led his crew for the entire duration of the job created a great experience for us and we are very grateful.

Arseny and his team were great! Our move was a bit tricky because both homes had staircases with a turn and the home we moved to had some narrow doorways. They worked very hard, were professional and pleasant, and managed to get everything where we wanted it. Highly recommended!
