Fed up with definitions not updating. Tried to contact support but the form won't submit, just keeps reloading form. I've tried all their suggestions to fix the problem, nothing works

I've used Vipre for many years now and never had an intrusion. Vipre catches any and all incoming attacks and prevents malicious attacks from hijacked websites. I keep renewing and protect all my machines.

VIPRE isn't interested in being customer-centered
Although VIPRE seems to work correctly, the multiple screen pop-ups EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE YEAR to "upgrade" service are making me rethink its effectiveness. Similarly, the 20-30 notifications per day, THAT CANNOT BE STOPPED, about automatic subscription renewal are insane.
