My kid ordered a hello Kitty backpack for her birthday about a month ago from this website I have not been able to contact them or hear back from them every email that I have sent asking where my daughters bag is I have gotten nothing this is my final warning and this is also my last attempt to get a response or to get an answer as to where my daughters bag is that’s her hard earned money and I will not let anyone take that from her so I advise anyone who goes near that website to immediately block it from even appearing on your computer screen it is a joke it is a scam and I’m not gonna let anyone take food Out of my kids mouth!!!!

This online "store" gives all others a bad name. I too, ordered my jumping pet ball in early December. After 2 emails, I finally received the toy in late February. It came packaged in a thin un-cushioned bag. I knew before opening it that the product would be damaged. Of course, it was. The plastic pieces came loose from the ball and a VERY DANGEROUS metal pin protruded from it. There is no way I would give this to puppy.
After numerous attempts to get my money back, I simply threw the piece of garbage away.
NEVER order from this sham of a company!!!

I PURCHASED THE JUMPING DOG BALL ON 12/7/2020 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT ON 2/22/2021!!! PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY. SENT AN EMAIL ON 1/18/2021 AND WAS ADVISED THEY WILL RESEND IT. STILL NO PRODUCT. THIS STORE IS A COMPLETE SHAM!!!

Placed an order Dec 8 with the expectation it would arrive by Christmas, as advertised. Two months later - nothing. The 1-800 number does not take any incoming calls because it is placed on “busy”. Sent an email and this is what I got “ Please be advised that our shipping policy describes that if these external delays happen we are not responsible”.
The tracking info provided gives NO detail. I am out $100 and World VIP has vanished and taken no responsibility.

I echo what everyone else has said. Ordered mid- December. I received two responses to inquiries from me; both stated the ball has been shipped. Nothing has arrived. I will be asking for a refund but I would guess that wont happen. I learned a valuable lesson about this type of add especially around Christmas. ALWAYS CHECK THE REVUEWS FIRST!

I ordered three items on December 8th 2020. Since then I have contacted them TWICE. Both times I requested a tracking number as they assured me that the items had been sent. I have not received a tracking number yet so I have now asked for a refund.

Ordered dog toys on December 8th. Received them on February 2nd. I have never seen such low quality crap. Would not let my puppies play with the so called bounce activation balls. It would be hazardous because parts fall off with batteries exposed. It would not even last 1/2 minute. I ordered 3 and received 2. The 2 I ordered are in the trash. $57 dollars for crap

Ordered Toy for dog December 8. This is February 1 and never received it. It says “in transit”. Money taken. Have no idea how to even try and get a refund. 27 dollars down the drain!😡

NEVER order from them! I ordered 2 bouncy ball dog toys for Christmas and still haven't received them. I wrote in requesting a re-fund, but was basically told no. That's $44 bucks I will never see again. I hope this review let's others know NOT to waste your time and money on this company.

I ordered two dog toys, the bouncing ball. It was ordered for Christmas and arrived Jan 10. This is a piece of junk, totally unsafe for any animal, the parts fall off and the entire ball comes apart exposing batteries and small parts. Extremely dangerous. I tried to contact them via email and using the 800 number listed online. Nothing. I am extremely upset with this company, my charge was over $40 for this scam. I wrote to BBB and will try paypal for a refund. Stay away from any FB advertising, 90% are scams.

Horrible. Paid for 2-3 day shipping, insured and after a month still have not received can’t reach anyone to ask status or find a shipping number

Horribly bad. The product I ordered was nothing like the description. I was told to return it I would have to pay the shipping on a product that was not what I ordered. They refused to give me a full refund ( but they did give me a partial refund). I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are much better honest people to deal with online.

My daughter ordered from them: Horribly long shipping wait only to get the wrong shoe. When she requested exchange, they were rude and uncooperative stating it wouldn't be worth the shipping cost.

Don't do business with this scammy site.

Website is a scam. You can easily tell by their "about" page. If you want to get a hold of them the only way is through an email nothing else.
