iv'e had nothing but great experience with viral launch if i had any issues or problems they would quickly address them and help me with it,even going as far as setting up a meeting to work things out and getting them resolved. highly recommend them for there service and obviously the software that i feel is the best for product research.

Sneaky way of billing, i will never use that service again.

1. The following is my own experience with viral launch. Yours could be same or different.
2. Everything I am mentioning is at the time of my purchasing their pro plan. I do not responsible if they have updated their website content to invalidate my review:
A. Some of their features only work for US market. They did not mention that upon the moment of purchasing.
B. They have daily limit to use their service. Again, they won't tell you that when take your credit card info.
I know that because that what one of their customer service told me that...
My plan was to start Amazon's selling company utilizing Amazon UK market place. When I purchased their (viral launch) pro plan. I found out that their keyword research is only for US market and they locked my account because I exceeded my daily limit. Again when I purchased my plan, it was not anywhere mentioned about US market exclusivity nor the daily limit.
I have contacted many times asking for full refund because it is their fault. They responded by using auto-responders saying I will get an answer within 48 hours. The next day, I would get an email to show me how awesome their service is. Or, I need to upgrade my plan. Finally, they responded after 8 days and after my emails saying all these information are there on the purchasing page and they can't refund me because basically it was my fault. Well, I do not know which plan I need to upgrade to since mine was the pro plan, the all-features plan. Also, there was such information about some of their features are only available only for US market. Anyway, I asked to cancel my account.
In a few words, do have some money and you do not know how to spend that money?!
Or do you have an extra time and you want to just waste it?!
Then you are in the right place...... Welcome to the viral launch.

Great customer service!! Friendly, helpful, and fast!
I received detailed emails from the VL staff helping me troubleshoot my issue, including screenshots.
They even arranged a quick screen sharing session to ensure my issue was fully resolved and that I understood what I was doing wrong.

Thorough and easy-to-use dashboard. Excellent service and follow-up. Requests for assistance are quickly addressed. I highly recommend Viral Launch !

Great for product research, pretty straight forward, so far that's about all I've used it for. One small problem is when you try to downgrade your account, the system doesnt let you apparently, only allows you to upgrade, so you must talk to a specialist who will cancel your account at the end of your paid period, when you can then sign up again with the new reduced plan.

I did not think that the launch was going to work. The first time that I tried it actually didn't. I went to contact the super helpful support team and they gladly gave me another launch for free while setting me up with a launch coach to help me achieve my goals this season. We were on the third page of our Target keyword and going lower. After a week of launching, about 170 of our products being given away, we got to the front page of our desired keyword in the number seven spot. A lot of organic sales started coming in and it all wouldn't have happened without the help of viral launch and they're awesome support team. May I add I don't even know how but we got the Amazon choice banner which was extremely exciting for me. 100% will always use this launch service for their awesome customer service, reasonable prices, and actual proof that it works. I'm just a normal guy trying to create a successful business on Amazon and viral launch is one of the most vital tools that I will ever use. Thank you!

Stay Away! purchased a month subscription but viral launch kept withdrawing funds for another two months.I never authorized the two extra payments. I tried to contact them but turns out there is no customer service contact number. The only way to contact is via email. Anyways still waiting for someone from there office to contact me so I can resolve the issue. Really disappointed! there marketing treacherous, they never mention about renewal !

I have been using Viral Launch tools and services for over 6 months and have always had a great experience. When their service did not perform their customer service stepped up and made sure I was happy. Their tools are top notch and just got way cooler. Great company at the edge of excellence!

the new tools are very useful but it would be even more if clarify better the meaning of the various data gathered in order to build a whole vision for helping sellers get the goals targeted

This is a great set of tools. The data given is much more realistic. I have checked the results against my own products and I was surprised to see how accurate approximations of this product suite is.

I have received professional help, very nice and always ready for any questions and problems.

My experience with viral launch so far has been awesome. I spoke with a customer service coach named Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. He also provided me with more helpful advice to help me excel in my business. I really enjoyed my experience and will refer others to this service.

Poor quality data + restrictive data limits!

In my attempt to "follow the data", I wanted to analyse many sub-categories (and the products inside them) to understand where the best opportunities where. It seemed like about half the ASIN searches came back with no data/error. Also, I wanted to do a full day of research and I hit a 250 request/day limit after about 2-3 hours. If you pay for the data (it was the top $99 subscription) then you deserve what you pay for. I appreciate they need to protect their business (their data) but not at the expense of the customer. I worked out it would take me about 150 days to query the data I wanted and that's not going to happen!

Weak data on Keyword Research!

The Product Discovery and Market Intelligence tools aren't the greatest. There are lots of results that are too similar with each search conducted.

Also, my product failed to generate any real momentum during the "launch" phase. Immediately afterwards, it began sliding down in the rankings again despite efforts at maintenance. This resulted in nothing but lots of lost money on giveaways.

Finally, I can't say the greatest things about their customer service as they refused to give me a refund on the basis that I had "used their product too many times". All I did was use the number of searches I was allocated under my monthly subscription.

In closing, this business needs to put lots of work into improving their offerings. I think there are better options available to those looking to sell on Amazon.
