The software didn't connect to some SM accounts, and I found it to be dead slow so much so that it was unusable, so I asked for a refund.
All they do is say their truly concerned about our satisfaction and then offer another product.
I got offered CleverlyBox which I didn't want either as the review on TrustPilot is exactly the same as this, no refund and they just offer something else.

If you're considering buying this software, just go and have a look at their Facebook group (ViralDashboard - Social Media Software) and the sheer number of customers who are wanting refunds and never get it.
Don't do it otherwise you'll regret it!

I purchased ViralDashboard’s highest-tier plan, expecting to use automation for Reddit, Medium, Etsy, YouTube, Social Calendar, Content Discovery, and analytics tools—as advertised. Unfortunately, none of these features were available, and the only thing that worked was basic post scheduling, which I can already do for free with Facebook Business.

When I requested a refund under their "no questions asked 30-day money-back guarantee," they ignored their own policy and kept delaying, offering upgrades and alternatives instead of issuing my refund. I had to go through 15+ back-and-forth replies, wasting my time.

This is a classic bait-and-switch. I strongly do not recommend this platform. If you're looking for a real alternative, I found a much better tool with a one-time low fee and only $1/month after that. If you want details, feel free to reply to this review or reach out to me.
