This company sucks

This company sucks. The customer service is awful. I waited over a hour multiple calls to get someone to answer my call. Sometimes i waited over a hour and no one answered. I waited repeatedly over 20 minutes to get a response back from live chat. Then if froze after 1 minute. I believe the company is a scam. I paid extra money for my certificate and they said it would take 7-10 business days. They would not fax to the court after the Clerk of Court state’s she would accept a fax. This company is all about money. Please don’t use this company at all.
