Full Story on how Virgin Printing is deceiving!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!
I have never experienced such a lack of conduct in a business as with Virgin. At first, they will treat you kindly, make promises, and answer the phones. Don't let that fool you! They are only after your money, once payment is made they will LITERALLY block your phone, email, and any contact you might have with them. they have ruined 3 projects, one was delivered completely damaged to our client and the other two we never received. It has been 2 months waiting if that wasn't enough. After they took on the project ( we always pay upfront) they decided they couldn't make the package the owner signed off on! Using excuses, hanging up on our faces. I have all the proof and we are currently seeking legal action. But do not fall pray to Liars like Willian. Allen and worst of all Salman ( Head of Accounts) and Jamal, both hung up on our faces 3 times, Videos of our damaged products are available as well. We want to protect businesses from having the same Horrible experiences we shared.

These guys are scammers. I paid in full up front for two separate print jobs that cost in the thousands of dollars. We provided artwork, we accepted their estimate and signed off on the proofs. They failed to deliver on each project when they said the turn time would be 18 days. Now it has been several months of trying to get our money back. Lamar and William the "Owner" hang up in our faces when we try to get some sort of resolve. I am the owner of a small upstanding U.S. business that pays our debts. The "Owner" William hides behind his rude employees that do his bidding by hanging up on me and then blocking our numbers. This has been 3 months of Hell! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I've written other reviews on this company and they try to save face by answering the review politely providing an email or number where to contact them. This is for show. They will not reply to my emails or phone calls. They WILL steal your money!! Don't chance it.
