Ordered the Nicola dress in August for a funeral, they did not dispatch the dress and will not refund the money. I’ve been chasing customer service on 18th September, 30th October and still no refund on 13th December. Do not buy from Virgos Lounge via Brand Porter, they received a PayPal pay in 3, took the money and have not received goods or a refund as they had promised “Many thanks for your email. We sincerely apologise for the delay in fulfilling your order and understand how frustrating this situation might be.

Received wrong size of dress ordered
Received wrong size of dress ordered. Customer service was very poor and I was meant to use the cloth for my birthday. Was dissatisfied and disappointed as I couldn’t .

the WORST company and customer service ever
do not order from this company absolute scammers who take your money and don’t send out the product, the reviews on here about this company speak for themselves. I ordered a dress for a wedding from the official website thinking would be safe, 2 weeks later still no dress been sent out or dispatch email to even say it’s out for delivery, wedding has now been and gone and I had to go out and buy another dress, I have emailed customer services and their response has been “we will give you feedback soon” absolutely shocking taking peoples money and not delivering and stating on their website delivery is 3-5 working days, I am now 14 working days and have received absolutely nothing.
Refund
A dress that was sent back 2 months ago and still no refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is none existent. I will never purchase from here again. Emailed at least 7/8 times and nothing. Having to wait months on a refund is an absolute joke.

So devastated by this. I purchased a dress, it arrived but just didn’t suit, I had to pay 1/3 of the price to return it and a month later I’ve had no communication from them after 2/3 follow up emails asking about my refund …terrible service, will never buy again and we be telling everyone to avoid , disgraceful

I wished I read the reviews before purchasing from this company. They are scammers RUN. I never got my refund for the dresses that I returned. Absolutely terrible and ridiculous
No refund after 31 days & counting
No refund after 31 days (so far). Numerous emails sent and one response which was unsatisfactory. The dress itself was designed for someone who is 7ft. I’m 5’10 and it was over a foot too long - def not like that on the model pics. Couldn’t walk in it - safety hazard! Glad I paid on Klarna so am just waiting for the first of 3 instalments and not the full amount, but I’m doubtful I’ll get it back so will take this further. SCAM COMPANY.
Refund delays
I ordered two dresses which didn’t fit which I returned on recorded delivery. I received a email on 24th Jan that the items were received but still waiting for funds to be returned as we speak on 19th March. I have emailed several times (even on instagram) and as they do not have contact number it’s been frustrating trying to get my money back

I ordered 3 dresses
I ordered 3 dresses, none of which fitted correctly so returned them, sent signed by royal mail that shows it was received back by Virgos Lounge on the 1st August 2024. I still have not received my refund and now my emails are being ignored. £200 they have of my money, avoid!!
I ordered a dress last month
I ordered a dress last month. Unfortunately, I had to return the dress. I received an email on the 19th of July stating that they had received my return and my refund would be with me within 14 working days. A month on, I am still yet to be refunded and customer services continue to delay it. I am appalled to be reading so many reviews from other women in the same predicament. I will be seeking further advice from consumer rights.

Ordered a dress and returned it straight away as it was too big on me. It's been 2 months, have contacted them several times and no sign of my refund. Very disappointed as I was planning on ordering again, will steer well clear.

I returned 3 dresses , still have not received my monies though numerous emails have been sent and they have assured me of my refund but have not got it , would not recommend ordering from them , I am very disappointed as I need my money back
No refund 2.5 years later
Returned items that the company confirmed they received in October 2022. Now in June 2024, I am still waiting. Customer service is horrific — seems like you have to dedicate a significant amount of time to sending them emails and posting on their social media to get them to do anything. This is NOT a legitimate company — DO NOT PURCHASE from them under any circumstances!!!
June 2025 update - still trying, but no luck yet! This is after tons of emails and negative comments on their social media. They started to completely ignore my emails a while ago, and going to their social media seemed to be the only way to get a response (though still no success thus far). This company is truly horrible and a bunch of scammers, do not buy from them!
Buyer Beware: Lost Returns and Nonexistent Customer Service - you will be left empty handed!!!
I returned a jumpsuit in January using a tracking service, and now it's May, and I still haven't heard from them. Despite what my Bpost app shows—that they’ve received it—they haven’t bothered to confirm. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they’re ghosting me. The clothes might look great, but the customer service is a disgrace. I strongly advise against buying your evening gowns from them for you will only lose both your money and the item if it needs to be returned.
