ANOTHER SCAM PAYMENT COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

VirtualPay is one of many fraudulent companies who in reality just offer money laundering services to criminals.
They provide online payment facilities, then pass any funds to the scammers, minus a hefty commission of course.
This acts as a level of anonymity between the victim and the scammer, so you can never see who the real scammer is.
In my case they passed funds to First Nexus, a notorious scammer outfit.
They hide their identity behind other names, like Virtualpay Leaderpro or Virtualpay AcellWizz. They are based in Kenya - good luck getting any regulator action there.
So not only avoid these guys, but also any company they are associated with.

Frustrating

I'm writing this review to share my extremely frustrating experience with this payment provider. I used their service to pay for a trading software that turned out to be completely useless. When I discovered the product was defective and requested a refund, the company that sold it to me went silent.

My real disappointment, however, is with this payment provider. They have been entirely unresponsive and unwilling to help me secure a refund. A payment service should protect consumers from fraudulent products, but this one has failed completely. They have left me in a difficult situation, and I feel completely let down by their lack of support.

This so called company/merchant have taken a number of payments from me in the UK in association with an unlicensed and unregulated casino. They are fraudsters. I have contacted them for my money refunded as I’ve had no dealing with virtual pay for absolute anything and they are not helping me at all. Please make sure if you ever come across them or looking to use them for anything DONT. Corrupt scam artists. My bank and the FCA are investigating what’s happened. AVOID AVOID AVOID ever using them for anything.

Team of SCAMMERS, do not work with them!

Team of SCAMMERS, do not work with them! Initially, they said that they were working with the topic of my business, after connecting and accepting many payments, they said that they could no longer cooperate with this type of business and that they would not pay the money that I received from my sales. They just scammed me, took a large amount of money from sales and left me with nothing. Do not start cooperation with them!
