We are a Germany-based tech company and we contacted Virtual Employee as part of our selection process for a new external partner that can handle creative & design tasks for us.

Since we are very happy with our experience, I want to highlight the following aspect:.

1) Response time & customer service: Virtual Employee was always very quick to answer our e-mails and it was very easy to set up calls to discuss all the details we have in mind. They followed up regularly on the selection process and we never waited long for any feedback or input that we requested. It was great that all communication was handled by one person (=one point of contact) who coordinated the requests and selected the relevant resources.

2) Quality of work
Part of our selection process was a test case that Virtual Employee worked on. They provided is with high quality creative work which corresponded to our needs and it was provided in a timely manner.
In addition, the entire exchange (e-mail + video calls) was very professional and Virtual Employee showed to be very resourceful.

In summary, Virtual Employee offers a high quality of work and very reliable customer support.

Since a while we have Virtual Employee on board to support us during busy times. We are very satisfied with the work they provide. Sometimes it involves making quite complex videos but after a training period, they can work independently within our projects. Communication is going well and the flexibility is a big plus.

I have used VE for the 3rd time and am still happy. Staff are polite and professional and prices competitive.

They completed a variety of tasks, adjusting well to the different requirements of each task.

We've been working with VE for about 1 year now and the experience has been excellent. Our main employee is Mayank who has been absolutely fantastic to work with! From the first meeting the team has shown professionalism on par or greater than any of the large tech companies we partner with.
