I had a really bad, negative experience with this company. I did not receive the service but was still charged and when I called them to ask for an explanation as to why I was charged, their Compliance & Review Lead proceeded to argue with me over the phone over £21.60.

I don’t think they have a legal team, or if they do it’s not a good one, and it shows.

The problem isn't there, and you know it very well: 1- we paid for over a year without ever receiving any mail. Now, under the pretext that you received 4 or 5 letters, strangely, you have to re-register. Only money matters with you. We were even already paying when you had your offices to rent, without ever receiving any mail.

Beware, this is a strange company: when you pay for mail, they don't deliver it, and when you cancel your subscription after a year or more, they tell you they have mail for you, but you have to resubscribe... Worse, you don't even have time to "resubscribe" before they've already (in one day) returned the mail to the sender :-))

Even worse: their authentication system (for resubscribing) doesn't work :-)))))

Worse, worse, worse: I told them about the problems yesterday afternoon, they didn't respond. I followed up today and got no response. It's as if they're only interested in the money, but to deliver the mail, they prefer to return it to the sender.

Amazing service and fantastic customer service. I was having some issues uploading some documents and the customer service helped me in the blink of an eye, making sure I was all set to go and being as kind and corteous as possible. Fantastic experience for me.

Called up for some info as we had to change our offices address. Within 5 minutes Grace has us signed up. Seamless and easy. Picked up within a couple of rings too unlike most virtual office providers.
