Be very caareful

Be very careful with this company. I had a terrible experience and lost my money for a service I couldn't even use.

Here is what happened:

Background: I previously used a virtual address from another provider, which was fully accepted by my business bank. I was simply looking for a more affordable option.

The Purchase & Issue with ID: After buying the package with Virtual UK Office, I repeatedly asked how to submit my documents for ID verification, as I do not have a passport.

Bad Guidance from Support: Instead of completing my verification, their support staff explicitly instructed me via email to update my company’s address on Companies House before my ID was verified. Note that this was direct human guidance, not an automated system setup.

Bank Rejection: I followed their instructions in good faith, only to discover right after that my business bank rejected their specific type of virtual address.

Public Record Impact: Because of this rejection, I had to revert my address on Companies House after just 48 hours, unnecessarily messing up my company's public records.

Refusal of Refund: When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they refused twice and hid behind B2B terms—leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

Charging a full 1-year subscription for a 2-day address change caused entirely by their staff's wrong guidance and non-compliant advice is completely unreasonable.

They are trying to charge me £82 for a full 1-year package for just 2 days of an address change that resulted in zero service delivered, purely due to their wrong instructions. Retaining a full annual payment for an unusable service—which caused me nothing but stress and disrupted my company records—is completely unacceptable
