Never too busy can get me in and everyone there is extremely nice. Very helpful.
Love the services and staff at Virtue Medical!
Kind, courteous most of all I feel valued as a client!!!! Our health is everything Dr. Sharky and staff always take the time to listen and educate with any questions I have.
The lady that took my blood was great she called and told me that the appointment I made online was not going to work and went out of her way to get me in. My blood work took longer then then they told me it would. I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time. Which I took my lunch break for and was late back to work. The appointment was ok Amanda was nice but unprepared and had to go back and forth to get stuff and verifying dosage. I felt like that should have already been worked out. I was supposed to get my rx mailed in a week but it’s been a week and I got a text saying they didn’t have my mailing address. I filled the paper work out and left it. So not sure what that is about. But now I guess my rx won’t be here for another week but I never got a response from the text I sent with my mailing asking about the delay. Overall I’m not overly confident in this situation and might be switching if I hear better things about someplace else
Dr. Sharkey is very personable and listens to his patients. He treats the patient and the symptom not the black and white answer! I love to see private practices grow resembling the practitioners and staff. Kesh
I highly recommend Dr. Sharky he actually takes the time to talk with you to help treat the issue not just the symptoms. This is not a corporate doctor that is pushed to see a new patients every 5 minutes. He takes the time to fully understand your health care needs. Great Job Doc for breaking the mold.
Dr. Snarky is great! Lab One results took quite a while to obtain, 3 weeks or so. Was informed it would take about 7 days. No communication from staff about the results unless I contacted them.
