Working with Mario Vincent and Lisa has been a good experience so far. They're very professional and very demanding which makes the job very interesting but it's good that they're like that because it really makes you thrive and it makes you realize when you're in a moment of hey I got to really change and do better and then you make that difference and that change and start really doing your job well and then they are very reciprocal and very good. This is a really good job for anybody who has good abilities of self-confidence specifically when having to overcome objections. For those who like a competitive culture and a healthy company to work for this is definitely an amazing choice. I hope in the future that they take me in themselves as well. I think I could really help the company accomplish their goals.

Very poorly organized, instructions about everything were never clear. Always had to double or triple check things.
People from Virtustant and the client(s) often contradicted each other. Always felt like nobody knew anything, and speaking with other candidates I confirmed I was not alone in this feeling.
Arrived at training late due to not being originally considered for the position and felt like that made a really bad impression from the start.

That being said, payment was handled excellently and always came on time. I wish things could have been different and hope that communication takes a priority in the future.

The stuff is great, they are very nice and professional and available about anything you need whether is HR or payroll. They are great!

It was a good company, payments ontime and any questions or concerns they are always available to help. If there are any changes they let you know way in advance.

I was so hesitant to hire someone remotely and had actually tried a couple different places with not much luck. Fast forward a year and I have no choice but to hire someone as my firm grows.
