SCAM!!! This company is a scam. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they're all fake. The truth is that they scam you, making you believe they're going to refund you, but they don't. Then they BLACKMAIL you into removing the negative reviews before they give you your refund. They're a company of THIEVES and LIARS, and on top of that, they have the nerve to lecture you! So officially, they're not going to refund me after 3 months of making me believe that the refund was on its way.... Be aware that there are plenty of better companies in England. Don't be fooled, this is my advice. I lost €400.

I personally haven't bought off this site. But a friend who runs an ebay store was scammed, products never recieved & no refund. I looked through reviews, & it's identical everytime - a few people write an honest review & it's 1 star. So site owners post / have staff post positive reviews & tney're always 5 star to get the average up. As she said lesson learned as new ebay seller, to "deep dive research better into wholesale companies I use".

Great company - we use VIR to stock the shelves at our smokeshop. They're always helpful, with quick delivery and a great selection of items!

First time ever ordering from them. Once payment was confirmed they sent it that day and it arrived to me the next day really happy with the speedy service and excellent staff thankyou also the guy who rang me was lovely and efficient thabk you will be ordering again
