excellent service, after I turned in my application, I wanted to include another doument and was able to sent it to them via whatsapp. They have excellent one on one customer care via whatsapp. They got me my visa so fast I think they said 5-7 days processessing time. I was expecting bussiness days, but I think they count weekends too. I received notification my visa was issued today, a Sunday morning. I was very pleased.
