Fantastic auto-booking for Italy visa
I used the auto booking feature for an Italy visa in Edinburgh for a trip in 2 months’ time, and honestly it was a life saver. The VFS website is so cumbersome to use and laggy, wouldn’t let me log in half of the time, and doesn’t even allow you to update the page more than a certain number of times a day. So I couldn’t monitor slots manually and ended up using visard.
I just filled out a Google form, paid around £100 and all the stress was out of the equation. In fact I only had to pay £13 initially, and within a couple of days as a slot became free, I got an appointment confirmation from VFS (it was registered directly to my email which was nice), and then just had to pay the visard fee.
Overall super easy service to use, highly recommend. Customer support is great, respond very quickly and are very accommodating

This supposedly Helpful service has ruined my plans.
Terrible Service. I signed up to this service in November to autobook an appointment for me and my husband. Although there were slots available, I was not being booked. After constant back and forth with the telegram chatbot requesting that I needed the appointment on the earliest possible date, it only gave me the option to select an appointment in January.
Now I'm left with a fully booked trip to europe with no way to book a visa appointment.
Absolutely shambolic!

1. At the time of your order, the dates you initially requested were already posted and booked. We communicated this to you and requested alternative dates that were realistically available for booking. Unfortunately, the period before January 3rd was unavailable due to the embassy being closed for the holiday season.
2. During the booking process, there were issues with TLS’s system returning errors when trying to book appointments on your account. We suspect you may have noticed these errors as well. We recommend if these issues continue, contacting TLS directly would be necessary.
3. Additionally, there were multiple instances where the password to your account was changed by you without notifying us. This hindered the booking process and complicated communication. However, a team member was in touch with you throughout to keep you updated and address any changes.
4. As soon as you requested a refund, it was processed immediately.
While we understand your frustration, it’s important to note that booking and paying for your trip before securing a visa appointment carries risks beyond our control. For future trips, we recommend starting the visa application process well in advance to avoid similar challenges.

For anyone struggling to book an appointment, these guys are a blessing.
I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go. Once i got an appointment confirmation, i was still paranoid. I wrote to the visa application center to confirm, and to my delight, it was all through!.
Today i had my appointment and everything went super smooth, no hassle or questions asked regarding appointment.
Thank you team. And for anyone who is stuggling to find appointment or cannot be bothered with the booking process, it is worth paying for the service.

Fair value, great support!
I’ve been battling for months to get an appointment for France with no luck and even using Visard for a few weeks resulted in nothing but the support team helped us secure an appointment for Italy instead in just one day. The whole process is surprisingly simple and the support team like everyone on here says, is excellent. I will definitely be using them again. Not the cheapest option but their prices are nowhere near as ridiculous as visa agencies.
