We applied for visa on arrival. We get to the airport and cannot get onboard because it’s say I am Australian instead of American. Stupid mistake by them. We provided the correct information to them.
We rebook for the nexf day. They issue a new letter. The letter says I can enter Vietnam in 2008. It is now 2018. Still can’t get onboard. Trip cancelled, no refund because of the multiple mistakes this agency is making...we are out of pocket 50000hkd and did not get to go to Danang

The Visa for Vietnam entry is way much easier to obtain through these guys. Not to mention that it is even cheaper.
