Worst travel agency experience – misleading and dishonest

We planned our trip to Greece through this travel agency mainly for visa assistance. They charged £180 per person for the visa, and later asked us to pay an additional £100 per person at the VFS office, which was never disclosed in advance. This clearly shows a lack of transparency and honesty.

They also lied about hotel facilities. We were clearly told that breakfast was complimentary, but in reality we had to pay £20 per person for just one day’s breakfast. This is completely unacceptable.

We also specifically requested two separate beds, which they completely ignored. Our requirements were not respected at all once the payment was taken.

After confronting the agent, he did nothing except repeatedly saying “sorry” and claiming he would speak to his manager. We even asked him at least to refund the breakfast amount, but there has been no response to that either. Till now, there has been no resolution, no follow-up, and no accountability.

This agency misleads customers, hides extra charges, and refuses to take responsibility. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this travel agency.

An agency full of incompetents and scammers; they took my money for services not rendered.

In fact, my experience is based on the way one of your staff called Sara, the way handled the whole process.
There was a lot of questions from me, she treated everything professionally. Her patience, her manner of approach. She never got tired of answering my questions. I was really satisfied.

This is my first attempt for schengen visa and Sara was very helpful
