Getting set up was not a breeze
Getting set up was not a breeze. After cancelling w Verizon, supposedly Visible is a division of... I was billed $406 for nothing. Someone from Verizon or Visible should have mentioned high termination fee. Dropped calls, many texts not coming through especially from others that don't have Apple products.

The price is certainly right... but
The price is certainly right, but... the lack of any human contact means if you have an issue you have to waste time on endless chatbot sessions before you finally get to chat (not talk) to a person. The signal does not appear to be as strong as other people I know who have Verizon, which means even if you pay for the "premium" service, it's still a little off. Overall, I'm satisfied, but it could be better.

We changed our service to T Mobile
We changed our service to T Mobile. Thinking we'd save money. We did. But we also had the worst service. And their Customer service is horrid.
Thank goodness for VISIBLE! The coverage is wonderful. And customer service is awesome! And actually we are saving money too!

Love it!
The wifi at my house is unreliable so it's great to have the unlimited hotspot. I'm paying $26 bucks a month for unlimited everything and the service is great so far. Highly recommend!
