ZERO Support

The phone service is Verizon which is Excellent when it works, but when it it doesn't work, it really doesn't work.

They do NOT have customer service AT ALL.

The people they have helping seem like they are competent but not really from my experience.

I had paid for 6 months of service and during that time I never needed to access my account via the app and unfortunately did not have access to the email account previously used to sign up.

Knowing that my 6 months was nearly ending I tried to call 611 to contact customer service or an automated system, nothing not a valid number.

I tried to reset my login with phone number but that's not possible.

So today when i woke up and my service was suspended, I searched high and low and the consensus was use chat as a guest on the website.

So i did.

It asked for my phone number and last 4 of card number.

Then i was connected.

The rep seemed great for like the first 60 minutes

Then it hit me like a semi truck...

The rep asked me EVERYTHING to verify my account

IMEI
last 3 numbers called

then they tried to sell me the month of service to "help me get my account login recovered".

Then I explained I would need to use a new card as I no longer have the card previously used.

That's when the whole 60 minutes became one big WASTE of TIME.

Despite having verified every last detail to prove account ownership.

There was nothing they could do to help me recover the account without me regaining access to the previous email.

The rep acted like the whole thing was my fault.

Like what kind of company does not send text notifications for service due dates?

I run an AT&T prepaid account at $60 a month on another iPhone along side of this and I get 10 day notifications and 3 day notification before auto draft.

Anyways the rep could have asked in the first 3 minutes if the card on file is still valid and can we process this months payment to resort service and regain account access to help then change your login email and reset your password...

Nope.

The rep they defended their position on a good feeling.

I banked an hour and every verification possible on their "really good feeling" and them "banking on the card on file working". Their exact words.

Overall I'm locked out the account unless i recover the email.

Great for security, terrible for a legitimate email lockout.

Terrible Service, they refused to own their lack of proper initial questions as the lost card could have been revealed in the first 5 min.

Bottom line

Do not ever think a rep can help you.

Pay for the 6 months up front for 50% off then bail.

Also its funny the rep said "Not to be blunt, but Visible is designed to be a self service provider so all the tools to manage your account are at your finger tips".

Right but no text message notifications or phone SMS verification to login in...

Visible just became invisible to me LOL

Unlimited hotspot

Visable best phone service out there no joke the truly have unlimited phones. At a one time fixed monthly rate . With out a contract on americas most reliable network Verizon but even better the top plan is less than most other carriers lowest plan that doesn't offer half the service . Unlimited Hotspot that can stream to 10 devices with no slow down 4khd best thing ever even got smart watches thrower in for free . And much more added perks that I will let you check out for your self. 45 a month no extra ever that's tax included. If you can beat this service call me let me know 8765309.

Tried to sign up for Visible Wireless…

Tried to sign up for Visible Wireless and it’s been a terrible experience from start to finish. After downloading the eSIM, I never got service on my phone. I had to constantly follow up for updates, and even though a case was opened, it was closed without the issue ever being resolved.
It’s now been days and I still don’t have service. I was told I need to wait for a physical SIM card, which means I’ll be without cell service for about 5 days total. Completely unacceptable.
What’s worse is the customer service — there was zero urgency, no ownership of the issue, and no real effort to fix it. When I said I might leave because my service hasn’t even been activated, I was told “we respect your opinion.” That pretty much sums up how little they care.
Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Better Cell phone service at a much better rate

Easy to use process once you understand what is needed. The service is equal to or better than the other plans and much less costly, at least for our family. We saved $130 on our monthly rate and found an improvement in the offerings to include speed. Best thing we did was to make the change.

Visible is awesome

Visible is awesome. It's way cheaper than I was paying with ATT, and I haven't had any issues with interview data streaming. Spotify set to Lossless plays perfectly.

Very slow problem resolution

Cell, data service has been great. Have not encountered no-service areas yet. For some reason, it stopped working with voicemails. Missed many, as callers could not leave a message. Took many, many days, and several contacts, to have it "reprovisioned". The only way to contact anyone is via on-line chat. Did get live agents quickly each time, and they all were helpful, but had no way to expedite the service. Was at the mercy of waiting for email updates as to the status of the case, which were sometimes not often or meaningful. Request for a billing credit for loss of that part of service was ignored.

My experience so far has been good! It is reliable and functional. The service could be a bit better abroad but still it is worth it. Connection works and I haven’t had any major issues a bit of lag here and there and it still gets the job done!
