Mo has been a tremendous help to my business needs. I've dealt with people who either give generic yes or no responses to what can or can't be done. Mo exceeded my expectations based on prior dealings with people in the mortgage industry by understanding my questions and needs, and providing options and/or possible solutions without beating around the bush. I felt she was more concerned for my business needs, and not how she could benefit.

Poor communication. Opaque process. Lots of hoops to jump through. Expensive appraisal and underwriting. Use a different private lender.

Very responsive and excellent service as well as great rates. Nick Marrone is very instrumental in explaining all the process and response to calls/emails right way. He also followed up the entire process to ensure closing should be done on time. I would give him 5 out of 5 for the great customer service. Angelia Rivers and Mark Davila did the great job for loan processing. Throughout the entire process, I was feeling I am also part of the Visio team. Great work!

I have dealt with several banks and…
I have dealt with several banks and lenders, all who tell you one thing up front and then the deal changes part way through or worse yet, upon closing. This is NOT the case with Visio! I worked with Trey H. who was super easy to work with! He was VERY quick to email me and answer my 100s of questions! He was patient and thorough. I never felt out of the loop. I have now made Visio my go to lender for all of my future purchases and transactions. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE!
