Dan Adams was an excellent advocate and went above and beyond. Visio Lending provides a product that fills a gap in other lending products and made it possible for us to obtain a beautiful property. There are some differences with Visio that would have been helpful to know in advance such as the difference in CA closing laws vs MI. ('wet' vs 'dry')
