Processing takes to long and lacks communication with the Broker. The Sales Team is great. Freddy Colon is very helpful and informative. When the loan leaves Mr. Colon's desk. As a Broker, I go dark.

Great at what they do. Small window of types of loans they do. Usually quick 3-4 wk closings

Visio Lending is as advertised. They are fast and easy to deal with. Documents are easy to submit and they are reviewed quickly. They don't ask you for tons useless paperwork. I secured two loans, 21 days apart with absolutely no issues. One property was 2.15 million dollars and the other was 1.3 million dollars. I would highly recomend Visio Lending to anyone interested in securing a loan. The guy I used was great, his name is Stan Gottfried, ask for Stan the man and he will take care of you.

We started the loan October the 1st and were told it would take 6 weeks. We finally closed January 4th. 13 weeks!!!
I sent them everything they ask for immediately. I had to resend things because they were not following thru with their part.
I kept asking for details on the loan and just received a summary!
I will not use them again, unless I have no other opposition.
I had to call and ask about the progress. Then they would do things and then say I had to update bank account papers etc..

Visio Lending is a great company. I have closed on 2 deals with them without any delays and my commitment was issued quickly. I would highly recommend.

Alot of miscommunication on the loans with the servicers.. frequently enforcing forced placed insurance on the loans when not applicable. Mortgage payment increases do to errors. Hard to reach or ineffective when finally reaching them to resolve issues.. almost impossible to reach claims department when claim issues arise. Errors with Closing agents prolonging funding. Not to mention the loans are VERY expensive..

They got it done! Took longer than originally thought it would but be patient. They closed a 3 property loan with monthly escrow at a decent rate for us and we're happy.

Tracy, the mortgage rep was very attentive. The entire process was smooth and easy.

Freddy is great to work with. They offer a wonderful product that really fills a needed void for investors.

Not easy to work with. Always seemed like something every time we turned around. Will not use again. Caused our closing to be delayed multiple times.

They are very efficient. I think God for this company! They give the little guys the opportunity to grow into major companies. Forever grateful!

Fee cost too much with some one has a good credit over 820. I think that is not good for strong investors.
