In 2019 vision windows now trading as MAR windows supplied and fitted a victorian conservatory it's riddled with damp workmanship completely shoddy floor unlevel and laid laminate on damp concrete electrics can't be used as they're a fire hazzard waiting to happen and last Tuesday part of the glass roof fell in

We employed their services to build our conservatory, they started the job and did just the base, took about £9000.00 from us and then said they had to order the glass but stopped picking our calls. Paul would only respond to text messages saying he is driving and that there is a delay. He said one time delivery had come and he will be coming the next day but did not show up. Please do not use them at all. They might use another company name, their names are Paul Routledge (he has a sweet mouth and very persuasive), Alex is his son, Debra is Paul's wife and Nikki is his daughter. If you don't want to cry about the loss of your money, do not use them.

Took my deposit over 5 months now for window installation. The job has not been done either has my money been refunded. Contacted them severally but to no avail. Please avoid this company they are scammers.

This is a scam company.

Please beware of these very organised criminals made up of 4 family members Father , mother son and daughter. Trading as Vision Windows Southern Limited. They are all complicit in this scam. They are fraudsters. I stupidly paid them £10,000 for a conservatory. They have absconded with my money.The police are involved. I have since discovered they have scammed others. They are seasoned criminals. They have a history of setting up companies, dissolving and starting again. They have a new company Mar Windows Ltd. companies house are aware of their scam and have stopped them dissolving so they can be brought to justice. We are trying to stop these evil individuals from causing further harm. Trust Pilot please leave this review up to bring awareness. If anyone has been a victim of these criminals it is important that you please report them to Action Fraud who have a case open on them. Trading Standards have a case open on them. Also the Insolvency Service are gathering information. These people have caused distress and hurt to innocent people just so they can fund their lifestyle. We need to have them all prosecuted and disqualified so they can never do this to anyone else.

Where do I start, well I ordered both Windows, Roof Lights and Sliding Doors from Vision in October 2020, these were confirmed, and I was told this would be about 6 weeks to get these ordered and fitted - well before Christmas. This was part of existing building work on my house and there would be financial implications should these be delayed. The Roof Lights were fitted in January, The Windows and Sliding Doors were fitted in March - 6 months later. The sliding doors sash's they fitted are wrong and I'm trying to get them to resolve these with little joy. Within this 6 month period, I chased and chased and when I got through to someone, which was very difficult, I received every excuse under the sun. I was in communication with their Suppliers at the time so had some information on when the orders were placed etc - the dates of placing the orders with Vision and the dates they placed the orders with their Window Suppliers - just did not add up. This does not tell the whole picture as its far worse than what I have covered and this wasn't easy for me to post/write but I'm hoping anyone looking to place orders will think twice. Everything I have covered is factually true which I can backup and evidence. I also acknowledge that the Roof Lights, 3 Windows and 1 Door were all eventually fitted after 5-6 months of ongoing chasing. The issue I have is with the larger order of Sliding Doors - what was fitted was not what I ordered and I'm trying to get Vision to rectify these, they have acknowledged that they would rectify if I paid the final sum but cannot offer any proof and now won't answer any calls or respond to messages or voicemails.

I'm currently out of pocket by £1000s and Vision Windows have caused me further £1000s in delays for my build. They were very proactive in chasing for money but now choose to ignore my text messages, calls and emails. They told me what I wanted to hear to win the business and whilst they came across as nice people, the customer service is shocking. I currently have a set of sliding doors which I paid over £10,000 for, which are not what I ordered (which I can evidence), they are not fit for purpose (which I can evidence via photos) and I now have further headache going down a legal route to resolve.

Well I'm not surprised these people are angry whatsoever! I worked for them for 7 months over a year ago. The lies I was asked to say were unbelievable. The tears of frustration I experienced from customers etc.. I thought they were one off complaints at 1st then I wisened up!!!! Your deposits are used for other things etc.. I literally used to have to ask for my wages with which they still owe me money. Nice people at first but once they have your money you can kiss it goodbye. Please be aware of this awful company!! I gave up a job of 20 years to join vision as Paul is/was lovely. However the work ethic is desirable and shoddy workmanship by Alex is to be questioned. I've since moved out of the area and often wondered how many more complaints they'd be. Not surprised one bit. Please do not use vision.

Bunch of cowboys...kept our deposit fir many months £900...no communication after...eventually got solicitor (at our cost) and finally returned money..how they are still allowed to advertise is beyond me FB wake up total scammers..BEWARE

Worked for this company and Alex showed me the worst ways to install a window he uses silicone to fill spaces and always damages the property, didn’t pay my tax and fired me when I requested my prove of tax being paid I am still owed money from unpaid work COWBOY BUILDERS HOPEFULLY YOU DONT FALL OFF YOUR LADDER ALEX IS A UNPROFESSIONAL TRADESMEN

Had this company build a conservatory for me 2017 it is basically falling to bits these people don't have any respect for there customer's just lie to you and take your money, please don't be falled this pathetic company.

Vision Windows build an extension for us 1 1/2 year ago and we are still experiencing water leaks. When we have real builders looking at it, it appears more and more the poor craftmanship from this company. For example: the sealed gutter was penetrated by screws, then just fixed by silicon. The frame itself is not assembled together in the corner, and every thing is closed with silicon. After a while, then of course silicon is not holding water anymore, and leaks are coming. Never received any warranty docs as well. They do not take pride in their work, and some of them has serious attitude issues which makes them unfriendly. Would not recommend this company to anyone as you will experience problems in the future.

I required a new front door and vision windows were brilliant. I set up an initial meeting and the team were able to accommodate an appointment quickly. They popped round and took my measurements and I ended up ordering a better quality composite door at a fantastic price. They had a job that finished early so were able to install within a week of me committing my order. I would recommend this company to anyone, they were professional, efficient, friendly and communicative. They did a brilliant job and are great people to deal with you. I cannot recommend them enough
