Recently hired Visionary Lofts to…

Recently hired Visionary Lofts to convert my loft to a master bedroom in Waltham Forest. I'm so happy with the result and service throughout.

Dovydas was our main foreman and he was a super professional. In particular they paid good attention to detail ensured that the project ran smoothly. The entire team was hardworking, working late if they needed to, but we're also understanding when we were away or busy and didn't not want them to work that day.

Lin was also helpful, particularly when the project got stuck. She was always there to follow up and address any concerns promptly.
The main challenge was a slight delay with the balcony glass due to issues with the supplier, the team did their best to keep us informed and minimise the impact on the project. We now have a stunning office space at the top of my home. I highly recommend using them for your project

Avoid

We used Visionary Lofts for our loft extension in summer 2021 and they have accepted no liability for a leaking roof - caused by no flashing being installed despite us paying additional fee to have the chimney raised to avoid leakage.

Anyone considering working with this company should be aware of a few things:
- They have no professional affiliations (no longer members of either the Federation of Master Builders or Trustmark).
- They have been removed from the preferred suppliers list of the architect we used, due to using 3rd party contractors – which was the case during our build.
- They are currently dissolving the limited company under which they trade (‘Lal Futures Ltd’) and have set up a new one ('Visionary Lofts PM Ltd.) All of this information can be confirmed on Companies House.

Please, save yourself a lot of trouble, and avoid Visionary Lofts.
